Really bad pink and white
I have the pink and white nails which usually last 4-6 weeks. This time I have been back 3 times in the first 4 days with broken and lifting nails. I am really upset especially given how expensive they are. Higher than just about everyone else. Lost this customer.

Horrible, do not go here
Maybe we had the same manicurist..I took my niece there because of the cute butterfly chairs they have for children. My pedicure was great but my manicure was the WORST I have ever had. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to in this case because this lady also does semi-permanent procedures, like permanent lip liner. The lady cut two of my cuticles so low they bled profusely for 10 to 15 minutes. Instead of apologizing and taking responsibility for it she blamed me? She said my blood was too thin and then asked what medications I take. I politely explained that I do not have any medical conditions which would cause excessive bleeding and that it was probably an indication of how badly she cut me. She finally realized that she was using the wrong antiseptic to stop the bleeding. Even if I let the butchering of my cuticles go, my nails were rough and poorly shaped and I had to re-file them when I got home. Over-priced for painful and rude service....

Have had better service
I recently went to this nail salon with my friend we both got gel nails done, which usually last an average of three weeks. Within the first week my nails started to chip and crack. When I would shower I would feel my hair getting tugged at by the cracks in my nails, a very uncomfortable feeling. in addition to this as I was getting my gel manicure and regular pedicure I realized that I wasn't receiving a massage in my hands or feet of any sort. Overall, my nail technician was nice to me, but my friend's had a difficult time being friendly. I guess it depends on luck. Overall, for how expensive this salon is, I wasn't to happy with what I got. I hope those who have had a good experience continue going, but this place is definitely not on my top 10 nail salons in Alpharetta.

My nails were ok, but Ieft upset.
So I went into this place because the atmosphere is really nice and the location is good for me. My nails were half polished when I was told that the phone systems were down and I couldn't use a credit card. I do not have cash on me ever so he told me I could go to the ATM next door. Not thinking, I agreed. I went, got cash, and had to pay $4.50 on fees to get my money. I learned later that they were probably lying so that they wouldn't have to pay credit card fees. If the phone lines were down, the ATM next door in the adjoining building as well as the credit card processing in the rest of the shopping strip would be down, too. On top of this, the price for my service was $10 more than I've paid anywhere else. If that wasn't enough, my manicure had many flaws in it. From a distance my French manicure looks ok, but up close it looks like I tried to do it myself.
My toes look pretty good, but I am NEVER going back here.

Look & feel your best!
I've been going to Nail Seasons (Brian, owner ) for over 4 years now and have been very satisfied. I have never had a nail crack or break between touch ups. Their work is clean, well done and worth every penny
