I was very disappointed with my experience. The man was rude to me and on his phone reading his text messages the entire time. Also, I was charged with extra things I didn't want. I made it clear what I wanted from the beginning to two workers. He said he understood, yet did not do what I asked. When he was finished, and I said once again what I wanted, he finally fixed it. However, he charged me way more than necessary when it was his mistake. I never asked for gel and was automatically charged. Do not waste your time or money unless you want to deal with rude workers or being charged for things you didn't ask for.

Will never return back to this nail salon, my artifcal nails fell off after 2 days!! And to top it off they treated me rudly when I went back to complain about the problem, and wanted to charge me again for their mistakes! Save your $$ and go somewhere else!

    great "compromise" place

It's not fancy, but it's clean and the staff are capable, and it's also only $25 for a pedicure. It's a great place to go to just get your nails done if you have some standards, which is hard to find in Pittsburgh - it seems to me that Pgh's nail places are either too expensive - $40 for minimal pedi - or they're dingy/dirty or don't really give you a pedi, just paint your nails. This is a great compromise when you don't need a full-on luxury spa, but you also want to feel secure that it's clean and you'll get a decent pedi.
