Nalley Collision Center - Doraville/Gwin

I took my Infiniti in for moderate rear end damage. I purchased the car from Nalley and have been happy so why not try the repair shop, right? Bad decision! I initially dealt with Keith who was very helpful but when it came time to pick the car up Walter, who I believe is the manager pulled the car around. It was raining so he pulled under a covered area at the entrance then rather rudely handed me the keys and started to walk away. When I explained I wanted to inspect the work he acted insulted and just stood there with a very uninterested look on his face. Further, I pointed out that the trunk had a very noticeable uneven panel gap. He drove the car back into the shop and reemerged about 10 minutes later and just said "there you go" and walked off. I had to follow him inside to ask for a receipt/copy of the work that was performed. No thank you for your business or anything. I was shocked by his unprofessional and rude behavior. After I got home and after the rain had stopped I noticed that some of the work that Keith said would be performed simply was not, there are more uneven body gaps and I'm not pleased with the blending of the paint. Plus, the carpet was soaking wet on the driver’s side from what I can only assume was from them leaving my window down in the rain. All of this after I was assured my car would look good as new and have no evidence of a collision when they were finished with it. Certainly NOT the case. Very disappointed with Nalley Collision!

Guess everyone has different experiences. Reading some other reviews folks get really wound up.
I had a great time at Nalley Collision.
Took my 2011 BMW X5 for bumper repair after some goof ball hit me and left in the parking lot.
When I got my car back I could not see where the repair had been made. Perfect result. The whole car looked like the day I bought it.

Worst Customer Service, Very very rude. Did not want to answer any questions. Nationwide sent me there to get my repairs done and they were trying to play funny as I went there to get my kid's toy car repaired. I just left without getting my repairs done..never going to recommend to any one....

Nalley Collision is the ONLY collision center that I will ever take my vehicles to. I've been working with them for more than 5 years now & they never cease to amaze me. Hands down the best painter in town. I'm not quite sure what the last guy was smokin when he said they can't do paint jobs. They've done repairs on 3 of my cars now & they literally look like new when I get them back. Don't be swayed by someone's opinion that had 1 bad experience. I'm here to tell you that they're 3 for 3 in my book. Keep up the good work, Nalley. You've earned my business!

I have three things to say here.
1) I had my car front bumper replaced and of course it has been repainted, at the time when I was picking it up it was looks OK, but after I got home around 8PM(wasn't too much sunlight), I can see my car front bumper was different color from it's body clearly. My car is 08 Infiniti.
2) They made my car leaking coolant after they fixed it.
3) There was an extra part that I found in my car, it looks like a cover but I couldn't find out where it comes off.
I will never go there again. You can try them if you got a lot of money &time to waste. I spent $8000 btw.
If there's an option for zero star, I would rate them ZERO.
