When the lovely man with no car insurance rear ended my Civic, lets just say it was a crappy day. I called my insurance co, and they recommended Nalley. I was a little hesitant, because their reviews were less than stellar. I gave them a call to make an appointment, and went in that afternoon. The front desk was very pleasant, and Nathan came out within minutes to look over my car, and give me an estimate. So far a great experience. I was told it would take about 3-5 days, which I figured would be more than that, cause car stuff always is. I left the car that day, and the receptionist called Enterprise for me. The next morning I heard from Nathan ( you deal with one person the whole time, which is convenient) with an update from what they found, and he said it should still be in the time he said. Sure enough 4 days, and I had my car back, and it looked perfect, right down to the paint match. Hopefully I will not need a collision shop again, but if I do, I will definitely use Nalley again.

I took my car here and i was overly impressed with everything. I was treated with a lot of respect. The quality of the car was emaculate!!! My car was completed on time and was very clean. I was taken great care of. Bravo Nalley Collision of Marietta. I will return and rcommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!!!!

From the point when I dropped my car off I knew it would end up this way because the lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and very rude. When I called to get an update on my vehicle no one knew how many days it would be so I went myself to see and it had not moved in 3 days. The repairs were done but incomplete so again I had to pick up another rental( enterprise did a great job) and wait another week to get my car back.

My insurance company sent me to Nalley; I did not have a choice. The damage to my car seemed minimal (head light, left front panel, and some trim). I assumed it would be a week or so to get my car back, boy was I wrong; it took a month! The repairs took so long that my rental car allowance ran out and I had to pay for additional transportation on my own. I called the center several times to get updates on the progress, my calls were not returned. When I did finally get a call from my Nalley service adviser (3 weeks into the process), she had little knowledge of the repairs and admitted she didn't even know where the car was; "I think it's at the dealer" is not a reassuring response. I got more information from my insurance adjuster than I did from Nalley. At least my insurance guy knew where my car was. I did get three calls from Nalley the final week they had my car; each call promising the car would be ready the next day. Four days later it was finally ready for pick-up. It appears to me that they were just stringing me along until it was done. Repairs seem fine, but I've only had the car back one day. Time will tell.

This is my second time using Nalley, the 1st time I had problems with my car being ready, but never being told and when I went to pick up, they tried to charge me for the rental charges, after a lot of back and forth, this charge was removed. My second experience was way worst than the 1st, there was very limited communication on the status of when my car would be ready, and at the end, after the insurance company had agreed to pay them one price, they wanted more and then expected for me to pay the difference, without ever talking to me about the difference, until the day I was to pick up my car. This repair shop had earned over 10K off of this one repair and they wanted to harass me about $300.00, I should have never taken my car her for the overpriced repair and rude service. I will never do this again, I had to get burnt twice. I should not have been a loyal customer, it did not pay off for me.

I wish I had looked the reviews here before I put my car in Nalley Collision Center. I was told to drop my car on Monday, but the estimator was on vacation on Monday and Tuesday. They simply don't care about your time! The estimator (Khemara) and the front desk ladies are rude, sneaky. What I ended up with is INCOMPLETE WORK, much higher price than other places, and DELAY! DELAY! DELAY!

I don't have enough space for everything, but the customer service was terrible. The car was late and the repairs were incomplete, I had to take it back a second time. When I got the car back, it had literally no gas in it (I had to coast it into a gas station) and the odometer was over a 100 miles above what it was when I gave it to them.

If you like being treated with contempt, derision, and indifference---by a receptionist---then Nalley Collision of Marietta is the place for you. The actual repair guys seem to do nice work, but the front desk is really not a class act, and that's mostly who you'll have to deal with. Learn from my mistake and take your car to somebody who cares.

This shop has horrible customer service, delay after delay, and to top it off...the quality is a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. I will not patronize this company again. Even with all new replacment parts, they still could not deliver. To top it off, they acted as if they were the ones agitated because I kept pushing them to correct their workmanship. Finally after 4 times back and forth to their shop, I am reasonably satisfied. I will never recommend them for anything, unless you like poor customer service and poor quality for what you paid for. I wish I would have seen the other 2 reviews to save me the headache.

Could I give less than 1 star, I would. Nalley Collision Center did $1200 worth of work on our Infiniti. After getting fed up with horrid service, delays upon delays, and lies from the staff, we settled up so we could take car to another shop. Only to find out that $800 of the work for repairing the car's frame HADN'T EVEN BEEN DONE! They hid it well, though. The other $400 worth has to be redone because they did such an awful job. We are out that money. All of a sudden they won't come to the phone anymore. All these folks are good at is the run-around.

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS BODY SHOP. SERVICE WAS POOR. SALESMAN WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE. SAID SHE WAS PICKY BECAUSE SHE WANTED IT DONE RIGHT. TOOK A LOT LONGER TO FINISH THAN PROMISED. POOR WORKMANSHIP. GOT THE CAR BACK WITH WHITE PAINT OVERSPRAY ON IT. PICKED UP DIRTY. WAS NOT CLEANED. I WOULD EXPECT A DEALER BODY SHOP TO OFFER QUALITY SERVICE. NOT THIS ONE.
