June 1, 2013 Update: Just wanted let everyone know how impressed I am with the paint and interior finish protection package I purchased for my JX35 back in December. Included with the package is a reapplication of the protection materials on a bi-annual basis (essentially and excellent detail service). I just had my first "re-application" and I must say that I am impressed! I had returned from the beach with my wife and 3 kids and was a little embarrassed to bring it to Megan Orr for the detail, but I needed my 11,250 service before I leave on a long trip next week and wanted to get it done in advance. The car was definitely a real mess. Well everything went great and my car is looking like new before its off on the business trip! Thanks Megan and Nalley Infiniti Marietta. You guys are keeping me happy with my purchase and service decision! I had my second service (7,500 Mile) performed today again with Megan Orr and I can't say enough about how I have been treated by Megan and the dealership as a whole! It is truly an outstanding experience. Having bought many different vehicle brands in the past including (Mazda, Honda (2), Toyota (2), Volvo, Acura, Lexus) and Now infiniti I can say that so far this has been the best dealer in Atlanta that I have worked with (over 25 years of purchasing cars in the Atlanta area) and the best Service Associate (Megan Orr) that I have I have seen. VERY IMPRESSED!!!!

I went to Nalley Infiniti looking for a G37 Convertible hard top. Once I arrived on the lot, I was not greeted while walking the lot. I walked in and they did get a sales rep to help me. I was able to test drive the car only with the top up due to the weather. I thoroughly explained the kind of car I am in search of. I was told that the sales rep would begin looking for the car and would follow up with me. Well after about a week and a half, I have not heard a word. I told the sales person that I would come back when the weather is nice to test drive with the top down. I went back and they were too busy for me to test drive and actually sent me to a competitor dealership. I was told once again the sales person would follow up...and again...nothing. I also knew more about the car than the sales rep did. Basically, they have appeared to NOT be of their word and not as knowledgeable as I feel they should be. Therefore, my interpretation is that they do not want my business and I am going to go elsewhere!!

I purchased a 2013 Infiniti G37 on 3/9/13 and I must say I was sooo impressed with the professionalism at Nalley Infiniti-Marietta. My sales person was Lannie Lee and he was so hands on with explaining how the car operated and the history of Infiniti. Myshia Hill was also very helpful and was very optimistic about putting me in a car THAT DAY!!. I was very impressed and I'm very happy with my purchase. Rachelle B.

I leased a car from Nalley in Decatur (which was a fair experience) but the Marietta location is more convenient for me for service needs. I made the mistake of purchasing a service package with coupons that could only be redeemed at Nalley (instead of buying the manufacturer's program). So for 3 years I have been stuck with them for all my regularly scheduled maintenance. Everytime I go, there is a problem. Not enough staff to provide a courtesy car wash, no loaners available when I have longer service appointments, someone just quit so we don't have an advisor for you right now. Also, my car is always dirty when I pick it up (oil and dirt on the interior and exterior). To top things off, the receptionist is rude and useless, I am never greeted, I end up wandering aimlessly, lingering around the office area waiting for someone to make eye contact so I can say "I have an appointment." I actually went to Roswell Infiniti when I needed new tires, a WORLD of difference. If I continue to drive Infinitis, trust that I will NOT return to Nalley. For a so called "luxury" car dealer, this place is anything but.

Very unprofessional staff. I received a quote over the phone and confirmation in the email - when I arrived, they wouldn't honor our deal. The GM (Jeff) called the next day and said that he would call back to make things right - never called back. There is no honor and honesty that you will get at Nalley Infiniti. I made a purchase at Infiniti of South Atlanta and I couldn't be happier with their level of service. Stay away from Nalley Infinity of Marietta - they are bunch of crooks.

I talked to their internet agent and liked the price. I agreed to buy the car and even offered a deposit to hold. On a Friday afternoon we drove from North Forsyth to Marietta and took over an hour. Before we left I called the girl back and said confirm the deal with your manager, make sure everything will be ready to go and then we will leave. She called back and said the manager confirmed the price again and he had given her the price the first time. We drove over an hour in Friday afternoon traffic to get there. We got there and the salesman then told us the car could be there tomorrow? What, I made an extra call to confirm it would be ready for delivery when we got there. Then the real shock was when they told me the car was a demo with 3,000 miles, not new as listed on their website. Then a bunch of lying started and the manager threw their internet department under the bus. Said he had never talked to her and she should have known it was a demo? This was all a big surprise and we left disappointed and upset. So our Friday afternoon went from all excited about my wife getting a new car to a wasted afternoon with very unprofessional people.

Expensive service department, shady sales tactics. Nalley seemed great at first, but I quickly grew tired of their sales tactics. Buying a car is not always fun, but it shouldn't be THIS frustrating. You can do better, so make sure you check out the other dealerships.

For Luxury cars this is the best value for you dollar and the service is great. They greet you at the door but do not hover over you. If you need a good stable sales person see Alex Squire he has been there a long time.

I purchased a new 2006 G35 Infiniti from Nalley Infiniti in Marietta. There were some problems with the car's finish, and the sales rep said that the vehicle just needed to be detailed, and I could pick it up the next day. Well, after several attempts at fixing the coat and many trips to the dealership for nearly month, Nalley had to replace the car with another new G35. In the meantime, I was told that I needed to go ahead and make the monthly payment there at the dealership for a car I did not possess at the time so that I would not be late with the payment. I did, and I saw the account attach the check to the load papers, which were all submitted together. Then, I was able to drive away in the replacement car. The payment got lost either at the dealership or at Infiniti Financial. I had to make a double payment, because Infiniti Financial said that it would be reflect on my credit. I less very upset and will not go there for any future purchases or car services.

Beware when you take your car for service...you can bet your money that they will find something wrong with it. Although you get a "car wash", I don't think their prices are affordable...$39 for an oil change is crazy.

I bought a used 2003 Infiniti G35 in 2004 and started using Nalley Infiniti in Marietta for servicing my car. I have been nothing but pleased with them, specifically Rich Huffman, the service consultant I work with the most. He answers my questions quickly and honestly, and rarely do I feel he is recommending unneeded services like other service shops I have visited. I take my car to Nalley for all oil changes, because they do a great job for the same or less price as their competitors, plus they always wash my car for free! I have been very pleased with my Infiniti and plan on continuing to service it at Nalley Marietta as long as I drive it.

Anytime you take your car into a dealership for regular maintenance, you know you are going to spend more, but at Nalley Infiniti, I feel like they earned the premium charge this time. Not only did they have a loaner car ready for me, but they had my car finished earlier than promised and gave me a discount to try and stay competitive on the cost. The nice guys in the service department had my car clean and serviced in no time and even squeezed my appointment into a busy day with 2 days advance notice. Thanks!
