Average service
We purchased a vehicle from Nalley. Ken was our sales person, and I liked his no hassle approach. He just answered my questions, let me test drive a few vehicles. After we made the determination to purchase, we were left sitting for a couple of hours while Ken went to help other customers. We did not care to have our vehicle purchasing experience interrupted, nor did we like spending our day sitting in a chair waiting to have our salesperson come back to finalize the sale. If we had not been neglected in this manner, I would give a better rating. Whatever happened to customer service?

A bad expereince
We took our car on Saturday morning and we were never called about our car. We called on Sunday and was told that no work had been performed on our car. We went at 3 and it was on the rack. They told us that there would be no charge. On Monday we received a call telling us that we owed $125.00 and that the repairs would be $1800.00. We asked that the manager call us. After a few days, he called and was very ugly. If these people would go outside and look to the left and to the right, they would see that all the car dealerships are out of business.

Be careful regarding service promises ...
I specifically told the service writer that I could not leave the car all day, would be glad to return it in several weeks at which time she could have the car as long as she wanted. At 1 PM she assured me it would be ready at 3 PM this turned out to be physically impossible on an additional $1500 repair. She caused me to miss an important 430 PM meeting; this begs the question as to how honest they are in other areas....
