EDIT: After two weeks and 85 miles of driving, I noticed my car was not driving right. Checking my tires, I saw that the belts were visible on my front two tires! The service representative told me I had 3/32 of tread and would need new tires but failed to mentioned that the BELTS WERE VISIBLE! This is inexcusable and negligent. I know know for sure i will not be going back to Nalley Infiniti for service or anything else for that matter. If this is the level of service you can expect, I'd buy your car elsewhere When you go in to Nalley for an oil change they end up "finding" hundreds of dollars worth of repairs that are needed. The service is good and the people are very nice and helpful, but this up-selling annoys me to no end. I went in last week for an oil change and they told me I need an oil cooler o-ring replaced among other things. The charge? Over $100 for the o-ring. When I got home and Googled this repair I found out it was a $4 part and a 10 minute job and was right behind the oil filter that they replaced ANYWAY. That is outrageous and unnecessary. Rather than squeeze money out of your customers, you should have completed this truly minor repair and said we did it because you are a loyal customer. That is how you build loyalty. Not by sending a 15% off coupon then "finding" several hundreds of dollars of work to be done.

Consumer Beware. I went to Nalley Infiniti Decatur for oil change and inspection before I went out of town. The Inspection report showed that everything was satisfactory. One week later when I returned from my vacation my battery went bad. When I looked under the hood I see that the positive terminal was loose. Needless to say I was very unhappy. They call it a 33 point safety inspection yea right...I take my car back to infiniti, the service guy says they should compensate me for the battery. When I go to pick it up not only did they not compensate me I have another issue with my car. As i said earlier CONSUMER BEWARE

Took my car in last week. Once getting there was told a lot more work was scheduled beyond what I had been told in mailing. Talked to Jeff who understood situation and worked well with me to resolve. I know I pay a premium when go to a Infiniti dealer for non warranty work, but I think it is worth it. They provide excellent service.

I recently took my car to Nalley Infiniti in Decatur (used to be Troncalli) and paid $433.38 for the scheduled 30,000 mile service. The same service under the Troncalli service department was $277.80. I was charged $15.98 per windshield wiper plus labor. I was charged $25.00 for 'shop' expenses. The service advisor explained these charges as rags and things. The total labor for the scheduled service was $224.00. Question every charge before you allow these folks to perform your scheduled service to avoid nasty surprises.
