Had a minor service problem, but the service staff was very professional and positive, and quickly handled the problem. All the service people were very positive and that is very unique in this economy, and reflects excellent management/ownership.

When I first bought my car from this location, which was an ordeal in itself, I took it to this location for all services. It became very expensive quickly. They constantly try to "find" things to do to your car to hike up expenses on every service trip. The free coffee and cookies...you're paying for that 10X over! The service representative(s) I was assigned were haughty and uncaring. I say representatives because they can't seem to keep them very long. I found them to be haughtly and uncaring when I voiced concerns about cost. Their attitude is one of arrogance. I quit going there over a year ago. I take my vehicle elsewhere now and the services are much less. I'll never go to this Lexus again. I think they are trying to make up for poor sales by sticking it to us with service cost.

Is seems Nalley has decided to make up for the bad economy by raising their prices on everything. all their prices are much higher than Hennessy or lexus of South Atlanta. The service is not any better, they still misdiagnose and leave stuff off just like any other garage in town. I wonder if Lexus is aware how nalley does business because I am sure the standards for Lexus are much higher. Dont be dissapointed, take your car somewhere else.

Nalley Lexus Galleria is always an enjoyable experience. They serve free starbucks lattes and the employees are extremely nice. The prices are somewhat expensive. I moved from California where the oil changes were surprisingly cheaper.

I always enjoy taking my car in, very professional, won't take my car anywhere else. Now recently when I had a small repair, I had hubby replace door lock actuator. Lexus quoted me $335 each (two doors went out), and I got factory parts for $200 each online..

I have been working with Ryan for less than a year @ Nalley-Lexus of Smyrna. He is very professional and makes sure that all of my concerns are taken care of. He will speak to you frankly about what needs to be done to your car and always calls before performing any unauthorized repairs. Ryan and the Nalley Smyrna team make you feel good about any business you do with them. I wouldn't take my car to any dealership in the area other than a Nalley dealership.

We recently purchased a car from Denny Galloway and what a great experience!! He was great. He let us buy the car, not push it on us. We truely had a nice experience. We would recommend him and Nalley to anyone looking for a incredible car and great salesman.

We purchased our Lexus from Nalley a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with the salesman we worked with. He was able to answer all of our questions and make us very comfortable with our purchase, and he was never pushy. He let the car sell itself. We haven't been as pleased with the service department. It is more expensive to have our car serviced there than other places, and we have disappointed with the communication we have received from the service department (scheduling appointments, explaining issues). Overall, we love our Lexus and would work with Nalley again.
