They told us that a bolt was missing that held the brake caliper together in our 2010 Sequoia. Then they said because we could not prove we didn't somehow remove the bolt ourselves, that it was not covered under the warranty. How could we even begin to prove that?! How about you prove it didn't come from the factory this way! I fully believe it came from the factory with the bolt missing or improperly installed. Go somewhere else!! These guys are NOT trustworthy or honorable!

Ignoring prior experiences involving sales of used and new vehicles (which won't be repeated) I will share a recent experience with the service department. I was hoping the service area operated separately and with acceptable integrity, but that's not the case. This episode involved a simple 5K mile warranty service which largly amounts to a tire rotation. The appointment was made and the vehicle was delivered on time. The work was performed, but the diagnosis was unrepairable tire. The sub-par replacement would have been over $200 and the exact replacement would have been ~$250. There was no low pressure indicator on when arriving. A late same-day analysis, which I witnessed, was done by our most trusted dedicated tire professionals -- they found nothing in the sidewall as claimed. We did find the tires were properly inflated. No replacement was needed. I do most of my own work (water pumps, electrical, starters, small jobs, etc.) so I believe I have a good technical perspective on repairs. The tire rotation should not have taken over two hours and the service department shouldn't try to pull off a stunt like this on a 20-year-old female. My daughter lost work time and three family schedules were affected, including my own. I don't even trust this dealer to change oil at this point.

I will never step foot in this dealership ever again. As we were test driving a Camry, their sales person gave us several pieces of wrong information regarding discounts. Once he gave us an offer in writing, it was not what he said it would be. Very unknowledgable, so we decided to leave. As we got to our car, the finance guy follwed us to our car and offered a better deal. This only upset us more, so he then told me he was pissed off for wasting their time. I have never been cussed at by a car dealer before, so I was floored. He even told me to have fun at one of their competing dealers. Again, a first for me. They have every chance to earn our business. I have bought several new cars in my lifetime, but this was a new experience. Their staff need some serious training or they just do not care. I would stay away from these guys.

Disappointing is the best word for my experience. Sales, Service, Financing, etc. all finger point to the other party when issues occur. Will I buy a Toyota product again? No way. This experience has tainted me where I literally want to give this vehicle back (painfully). This goes for any Toyota vehicle that includes a Lexus that was next on my list of vehicles within the next few years. Am I disappointed? Beyond belief. I work with a few service organizations to help mentor our future leaders of tomorrow (Kiwanis International, Boys Scouts of America, etc.) and I am appalled with what I have experienced in less than 45 days from a single dealership. It is clear that this dealership has several quality issues where customer service is not a priority.

Let's face it, buying a new car is stressful and it takes a really long time ... Nalley made this process as painless as possible. I had been in the market from a 2013 Rav4 Limited for quite some time and visited a few different Toyota dealers. I love the car, but I am very money-conscientious and I'm stubborn as all get out. That being said, I'm pretty reasonable - Nalley saw that and ran with it ... I got the car I loved for the price I wanted. Thank you Nalley for not making me spend 5+ hours at your dealer only to walk away empty handed like the other dealers (I told you I'm stubborn!). Also, special thanks to Mark Hunter and his team. If you're in the market for a car - go see Mark. I couldn't get to the dealer until 7PM and when we had signed all of the paperwork & were leaving at 9:30PM (they close at 8) he was still asking me if I'd like him to show me how to work all of the crazy-awesome electronics in the car. I declined because let's face it ... I was ready to go home and I'm sure they were too ... but the offer was still seriously appreciated! I'm not sure what all the negative comments are about: I can assure you that none of the employees/owners here are personally known to me, but I will gladly recommend Mark Hunter & this dealer to my friends and family.

The purchase experience was good initially, but the follow-up was horrible. My salesperson encouraged me to contact him if I had any follow-up questions, which I did. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from him after multiple contact attempts. My temp tags expire today, and I haven't received any of the necessary paperwork from the dealer to register my car. I have attempted numerous communications with the dealership over the past week and nothing has been done. The person who was supposed to be helping me has not responded to any of my calls or emails over the past two days. Apparently, once they get your money they don't give a crap.

If I could give fewer stars I would. We came to the dealership after email exchange with one of the interent sales representatives. He sent us a really good offer for new Toyota Sienna. We came with our kids with full intention to buy a car. At first the receptionist couldn't find the guy we were talking to. We waited for 30-40 minutes until they've decided to let someone else to help us. After we showed him the offer we got from them, he said it was a mistake (the Internet price was not updated..). Then he gave us another offer, cheaper model for a higher price. When we said that it is unacceptable they told us there is nothing they can do. We asked to speak with the general manager, they gave us his email. We sent him the email the same minute, he responded pretty quickly and asked to speak in the morning the next day. During this conversation he said that another representative will help us and they'll find a way to make it work. Indeed, he sent us an email and tried to find a solution. We asked for a price for several new cars and one used car. He replied that we can have a certain discount on all the cars mentioned. When we came to Nalley toyota with our kids (second day in a row!) they told us it's a mistake, again!! The discount can't be applied to the used car. Okay... Then they gave us the out of the door price for the new cars and guess what: one more mistake in the price (almost $2000 difference with price posted in their internet site) and in addition the ta

I was a little concerned given the less-than positive reviews listed below. However, my experience so far (started talking with them 6 days ago, have a certified pre-owned car in my driveway now) has been exceptional. I worked with Christian Davis in sales. He was very knowledgable about the Prius, never pushy, and worked with me to find the best car within my budget. And we worked out a great deal. Alex Langabeer in the finance department helped me sort through all the paperwork and get an excellent loan rate, matching a quote I was given at a credit union. If you arrive informed about what you want and what is on the market, you'll be in a good position. I feel better knowing that my car is certified and comes with a limited warranty. In general, I did not enjoy the car-shopping experience, but Nalley Toyota made it as good as it could be.

I purchased a used car from these guys and have not been happy at all with the post sale experience. They claim to inspect the vehicles before selling them. I took their word for that and am paying for it now. The brakes where worn, the timing belt service had not been done and the a/c control unit was inoperable. All in all about two thousand dollars worth of repairs will need to be done to get the car the way it should have been when delivered. Granted nobody forced me to purchase the car and thinking I could trust a car dealers "pre-sale inspection" was naive on my part. I feel the least I can do is warn others to either stay away or be very cautious when dealing with Nalley. Another issue I am having is collecting on the check due to me from the sale. My trade in was worth more than the vehicle I purchased and they have owed me that money now for almost one month.

We should have done more homework before traveling hundreds of miles to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Bought the car back in mid July from a wonderful agent, but then the nightmare began. Here it is 34 days later and we still are awaiting documentation so we can plate the car. Have requested to talk to the GM but he does not wish to talk with me.

I should have paid attention to all the negative reviews. I guess the positive reviews were all from 'family and friends' of the owner. Over bloated service charges. Horrible customer service.

Don't go here! You will be ripped off! I went there to get a recalled part replaced. The car was working perfectly before I arrived, but when I left, it was running awful. When I arrived, the mechanic told me I needed to get a "throttle cleaning" for $100, because once he replaced the recalled part, my car would have trouble running. He said I should have had a throttle cleaning at both the 30k and 70k mileage points, and it was typical maintenance. All of it was lies, but luckily I had iphone and found the cost to do it yourself was about $4 and needed only around the 125k mark; so, I told them no to the throttle cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn't listen to my gut and had them replace the recalled part and they totally messed up my car. I don't know yet what they have done to it, but I'm taking to a mechanic and then I'm taking Nalley to small claims court to repair the damage they caused. I wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews. Any positive reviews are likely employees.

I purchased a vehicle from Nalley Roswell 3 weeks ago and from the Used Car Sales manager to the financing team i was disappointed. I purchased a 2004 Toyota Tacoma they stated was in great condition, the very next day I drove the vehicle the A/C stop blowing cold, contacted Sales Manager and he said I could bring it in and yes the AC unit was not working, they stated they dont know of this problem and offered to charge me $00 to get fixed, I declined and took it to AC shop and stated they knew before they sold it, because dye was found in system and all they did was put freon in it to get over, and finance team didnt give me the interest rates they stated over phone. Very displeased with dealership. Will never go back..Buyer Beware!!!
