I don't have enough characters available to express my anger w/this office. To sum it up, Had to come in 4x for a crown bc of bad impressions and two broken temporaries. I had a botch crown job done in Oct/Nov as well as fillings in Feb that had to be corrected. My most recent nightmare in February; I came in at 7am and didn't leave until 1:30pm bc they had one dentist working on all patients. I had to be numbed 3x on both sides bc the dentist (Dr. Young) took so long to come back in to start the treatments. I have dealt w/3 different dentist since last Aug and none of their opinions are consistent and probably not accurate now that I know they work on commission. They had some new assistant practicing impressions on my mouth that had me in pain for 6 days afterwards. I call to get an apt for the Nov Crown and the new twit of a receptionist Alexandria had the nerve to be rude. I go in yesterday to have Dr. Livingston correct the crown and fillings he is a blessing, but he is not a regular dentist there and only comes every other Wednesday. I had to see Dr. Young again to get the crown put on it takes her over an hr and that's only because I had to spas out after waiting an hour bc she is going back and forth between me and another patient. Had I done started complaining I am confident I would have been there at least 2hrs. She is the most ridiculous dentist I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of working with. I have had the worst experience under her "care".

For those of you looking for professionalism and followup..this is not the dentist office you want to make an appt. with! If you allow them to perform a root canal; be prepared to followup with them every other day regarding the arrival of your crowns because they will never call you. When you complain the office manager is non-chalant, but when you escalate to the regional manager they all panic. I have received horrible customer service appt. after appt. and will not continue to be seen by this office, or refer anyone to this office!!

I went their for routine cleaning for the the past 1.5 years, but they have already made 2 billing mistakes. I haven't changed my insurance company and they didn't inform me ahead of their work. I am fraid to go back and don't know what kind of mistakes they will make.

FYI This office has moved to Holcomb Bridge. I called to make 2 appts for an afternoon a few weeks out. I told the person on the phone that both appts would require cleanings and that a filling needed repair. By the week of the appts, the office left a message to confirm the times (2 and 2:40) and asked that we call to give them the ins info which I did. By the day before the appts, the office called again and left a message confirming the appts again, however this time they said 9 and 2:40. We assumed this was a mistake since 2 days prior they had the correct times, so we showed up at 1:30. There was no one at the desk for almost 45 minutes. Finally someone showed up and said they would be with us shortly. In the meanwhile, we had already filled out the new patient sheet as we waited. Sure enough, they had messed up the appt times and accused us of missing the 9 o'clock appt that morning. After some debate, they took us to the back, however, only one cleaning was done and the filling was not replaced. The dentist said he had not been notified of it and that he didn't have time and offered a temp fix and said I needed to reschedule for a real filling. Meanwhile, they were taking xrays and giving a consult, but NO cleaning to my husband, though that was our stated reason for the visit. We realized they wanted him to come back for the cleaning so we checked out and as we did, the dentist that "didn't have time" was chatting and laughing with the other dentists.
