i had called to check when my appointment was scheduled and i was told i did not have any appoint. support coordinator never calls back when you leave messages. i got lost going to the downtown location. Called to get direction, all i was told was, you have to reschedule again. i was not given my 15 minutes grace period.

My first visit to this office was approximately 2002. At that time my teeth were properly aligned. I had really old fillings in all of my molars. Because the fillings were really big, the dentist placed a crown on one of my teeth. When I told the dentist that my teeth were now misaligned, I was ignored. This misalignment caused TMJ. When I went back again to have the tooth checked, the tech adjusted my tooth and sent me home. This happened twice. During my annual visit, it was noted that my teeth were now crooked. I ended up wearing braces for six months and a orthodontic bill.

We had to go here because my regular dentist didn't do pediatric care. The service wasn't great and we always had to wait. It's just too big of an operation. We are happy to be back with our regular dentist now.

Here is another Dental office where each visit seems like a trip to the mechanic. Always trying to sell you stuff you do not need. They even have a lady whose main job is to bring you into her office to discuss how MUCH everyhting is going to cost. Very Very expensive and cut throat. Stay away.

If you do a bit of research and compare the cost of our services to other providers in the area, we are confident that you will find our fees are very competitive with other dental providers in your area.
This is a chain dental office. You wait for your appointment, wait to be seen by the receptionist, wait to pay the bill, wait to check out etc....

Dear Mcintoshband, Yes, we do have several locations around Atlanta however we are not a franchise or "chain". We've been serving patients in Atlanta for over 33 years now, so we've grown! You could also say that we've "improved with age" where we've made some adjustments to our business practices to improve the experience for our patients. We even take steps to eliminate your wait time in our office (allowing you to fill out new patient paperwork before you come to the office, verifying your dental insurance coverage prior to your appointment, etc). It is our goal to meet with each patient at their scheduled appointment time and complete all necessary care in a timely fashion.
