I arrived at 8:15 for my 8:30 appt. My paperwork was already completed. I only had to sign the HIPPA paperwork which took 2 minutes. I sat down in the waiting room and watched approx. 15 other patients get called back before me after waiting 45 min. I go back to the front desk and ask the receptionist how long it would be. She then told me I was in the wrong waiting room.I had no idea it mattered what side you sat on. Being a new patient I should have been informed of that. When I asked had I missed my slot..she told me "not that I know of" and continued working. The cleaning was great. Service was horrible. Probably won't go back unless it's for a cleaning. I was there for a total of 1hr and 45 min....

BEWARE OF THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! They will do the work before the insurance says they will cover it, tell you it's approved. Then "send" you a bill for the denied portion. I have told everyone I know about this and have heard some terrible things about this office! Be VERY cautious with this place. Make sure everything is pre-approved and in writing.

This is one of those businesses that you get a bad feeling about just walking through the door. They are fanatics about constant x-rays whether it is the appropriate time or not. They are very vague about the procedures that they want to do on your children and act like you are the scum of the earth if you dare ask a question about the above mentioned procedure. They also refuse to let parents go back with the child no matter what the reason. I believe they are trained to make you feel like a terrible human being if you question anything they are doing. This place should be avoided at all costs. Speaking of costs they tried to charge $700.00 to fix a retainer when all other places charge maximum $170.00!

I was told my daughter had 5 cavities & needed two crowns (she was 6 at the time). They told us that our portion would cost $1500.00. She had one cavity when she was four that Nanston had done. I changed dentists and the only thing they found wrong with her mouth was that the cavity that was done when she was four had to be redone b/c it was almost completely gone. Thank goodness we had a gut feeling that this was not accurate information!

I recently went to nanston and ha the best experience. My hygentist Shannon Chappell was absolutely amazing. She treated me as i ws one of her kids. Shannon was very informative and kind. So, if you want the best then you need to go see Shannon at Nanston in Snellville.
