An escalator ate the little rubber thing at the end of my stiletto. Napoleon fixed it like new; fast and cheap (in a good way!) Had to look a little to find him because his shop is inside an office building, but glad I did. Will be returning with all my old shoes that have seen better days. Napoleon is very helpful and wants customers to be satisfied.

The zipper on my favorite boots wouldn't stay up. Was just going to donate them, but then I found this guy. He was quite the charismatic salesman. He asked if I needed a shine. I said no but he persisted and said he does repairs too. I brought my boots back later and he had them done the next day. I wasn't even going to bother with them, but they are like new now and its nice to have my favorite boots back. The guy is pretty funny too.

Napoleon aims to please his customers. He does an outstanding job and his prices can't be beat. Overnight shoe repair is wonderful. No more leaving shoes at a shop for weeks on end wondering if I'll ever see them again. Check him out!

Took my shoes over to Napoleon. They were looking pretty "ratty" and asked if they could be "fixed". He said no problem and I came back to find my shoes looking like new again. This guy is super friendly and seemed genuinely happy to do his job with a smile. The price was great too! Try him, you'll be glad you did!
