Nardell, Dominic MD

My Husband and I have been going to Dr. Nardell for many years. We find him very caring, always listening to our health problems. We do think he is the very best Dr. we've ever had.

When I first started seeing Nardell, I thought he was a good doctor. He showed his true colors when I asked for alternatives rather than just filling up with expensive prescriptions. His office staff is rude, and Nardell he has a temper when you have questions. Nardell, going back to Pennsylvania is probably one of the best decisions you've ever made.

I am a patient of Dr. Nardell. He is an AWESOME doctor. He is patient, good at explaining the options and takes a conservative approach. His office staff sucks! I have had to send back lab work that my insurance decline to pay because they put the wrong code on it. They definitely are lacking in professionalism but Dr. Nardell is very good so I put up with is horrible staff.

Aside from all the comments about waiting forever, I take a drug that must be taken daily. Faxed my prescription to the twits in the office on a Thursday, followed up on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of the following week only to be instructed that he will get to it when he can!! Hello..then was told after I screamed at them that I needed the prescription that my attitude would get me nowhere. I would rather go to a medicine man than to put up with the nimrods in the office. They are just plain stupid and just don't get it. What goes around comes around you idiots!!!!

2 the 8/27/10 comment, let me know of a dr. where you don't have to wait an hour to 1 1/2 hrs. Dr. Nardell is such a great Dr., if you don't think he's worth waiting 4, maybe U should find yourself a new Dr. He has a great staff, remember what they say, be good to those who take care of you.
