All Bad!!!
My husband just got a car from there like 3 weeks ago. And 1 1/2 weeks in to driving the car, the malfunction indicator lamp came on. So, yesterday I found a sight that showed me how to fix the problem. And it worked where the light went off. So today I drove da for like 5 minutes and the light came back on. And all of a sudden the passenger side bumper comes off and when I checked it, the whole lefted side of the bumpers screws was screwed off. And also the left back light is loose. Like WTH is going on?!...

Think Twice B4 Buying a Car From These Scam Artists
I bought a car from national auto group in 2009, and right away the car started giving me problems. the car eventually stopped running completely and i still had to pay the car note. Jason the salesman and the sales manager wouldn't work with me as far as fixing in the car or trading it is concerned. these guys ruined my life.I spent thousands trying to fix the car since i was still paying the note, and the car is still not running. I want my money back! Be aware of these scam artists they are no good. they need to be put out of business!

Fraud, Scam, Lier, Con-artist!! Do not buy car!!!
We bought a vehicle at National Auto Group in April 2010. Ross Harch and Tino, shady and scam artist (so call Sales Rep) sold me a vehicle with major frame damaged (frame was heavily welded 4 places) with major transmission problem (Theodore Ford mechanic said ""the transmission was about to drop!!""). The sales rep showed us CarFax which did not stated ""Salvage Title"". Tino said ""they had minor accident and its reported on the CarFax but there is no frame damage and not major problem"". CarFax did report ""Accident/ Damage Reported"". Some how.they are getting JUNK or SALVAGE vehicle with no report of ""Salvage"" title at bottom price and selling to buyers. I am not the only one. Check out other complains on the web. Google is one of them. As you see other customer's warning and report, they are lire, scam artist and they should be in jail!! I am very sure the comment below ""great experience!"" by David on Feb 24, 2010..It's Tino or Ross. Whoever considering to buy a car here, DO NOT BUY!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!! POLICE, FBI, GOD, PLEASE PUNISH THEM BEFORE NEXT VICTIM!!!?...
