We were contracted out to Nations Fence through Home Depot. I talked with Rob and got a free estimate, Rob was very nice and everything and we decided to just go with it to get it done... We get set up and give the down payment and he says he'll call for our installation appt (at most 2 weeks)... 2 full weeks go by and I call Rob to see what's up and he says they are having trouble with their supplier and don't have the equipment. So I give another week, calling Rob almost daily to get the update, but he never answers or returns my calls. I haven't talked to Rob since, I have to go through the office and find out that the parts would be another week at least! In the meantime I scheduled a couple other estimates (FenceWorks of Georgia and America Fence) both or which were hundreds of dollars less, but also more professional. I Finally had to call Home Depot customer service and get a number to a manager at Nations Fence and force my way out of the contract for a refund of my down payment. Nations Fence may do nice work, but they didn't treat me with respect. And would not cooperate with me or call me back, after numerous messages. Do Business with Nations Fence AT YOUR OWN RISK, as I'm still waiting to be credited back my down payment, over a month later! UPDATE- After numerous more calls to the Nations Fence office I was finally able to get my refund. Thanks for that, but I won't be calling again.

We had a four foot chain link fence put in our back yard. They did a good job constructing the fence and leaving few gaps between the fence and the uneven ground. There was a very large branch that fell on a section of the fence during a storm, and the fence was barely dented.
