excellent therapeutic massage in a serene space
I'm a big fan of all the Natural Body spas, but the Sandy Springs location is my favorite. It's a down to earth, non pretentious spa with great massage services. The retail store front is well supplied for personal or gift purchases.

Best Facial Ever
I recently visited this spa to receive a facial and for some relaxation. I had tried several of the other so called top spas in the area and left feeling pressured to make purchases I did not need and rushed. So I was pleasantly surprised when my time at Natural Body was truly all about me.
The front desk greeting was warm and inviting. The atmosphere is unpretentious and the therapist was sincere. I was able to relax and while I did make some purcahse it was not because I felt pressured. Hence the difference between selling and recommending.
I will be visiting again.

totally happy
went to this location for the first time - already a fan at decatur - and had a great massage. i don't go otp much, so happy to see natural body maintains it's high standards in sandy springs.

NEVER GET A WAX THERE
I received a leg wax from there. Three days later my legs were infected. I was put in the hospital for 7 days. The doctor stated it came from dirty wax. I called the spa and they have done nothing.
