Natural Body Spa & Shoppe

After hearing great things about Natural Body I decided against booking a couples massage at Spa Sydell and decided to try Natural Body. Additionally, we had a coupon which I confirmed I could use while talking to Natural Body in Brookhaven as well as the Ivy Walk location. Ultimately we ended up at Ivy Walk since the Brookhaven location does not yet have a couples massage room.

Unfortunately we were booked as the first appointment on a Saturday morning. We were seated to wait in a busy traffic area where we would have to move every few minutes in order to let the staff get through to what I assume must have been their break or locker room. Upon entering the couples room we found the room to be FREEZING - the heat hadn't kicked in just yet. My massage left me with a 6 inch bruise down my back, bruises all over my legs and arms - I don't bruise easily so that was a bit frightening, I've had dozens of great deep tissue massages. My boyfriend's massage didn't even begin to touch the knots in his back.

As we were checking out the man working the desk was incredibly rude particularly after I presented the coupon we had for our services. I mentioned that I had confirmed that I could use it when I talked to his location as well as Brookhaven. He made the comment that he shouldn't even honor it but would just this once. I later called to tell someone about my negative experience and learned he was the manager of the Ivy Walk location.

Natural Body Spa in Vinings is a perfect escape. My husband and I have gone to Spa Sydell for years & recently tried out Natural Body. We are officially leaving Spa Sydell behind. This facility was so much more relaxing and tranquil. The therapists are very professional and skilled at what they do.
An hour massage is a perfect gift!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this spa! The staff was so kind to me and I had such a wonderful massage with Sean. I wish I could live at this place and get their staff to wait on me hand and foot forever, I would be in complete heaven!

Wonderful, relaxing and clean. This is not one of those sterile white boring spa's. You go into relax mode as soon as you walk in. Great staff and always a great experience.

The staff is always SO friendly and nice. I get my brows waxed there every few weeks, and always get wonderful service. And the atmosphere is very relaxing. Overall, a great place.
