I have been going here for about 8 years now & have never been disappointed. They are very accommodating and able to fit in last minute appointments. A little on the pricey side but the staff is great.Very accessible as well.

I think this place is no longer owned by natural body but has been sold to a person who now runs it.After years of good service, it has really gone downhill. I had a massage with someone who did not know what he was doing. I also had a torturous pedicure in an ice cold room where I was left to "soak" my feet in a little bucket for 30 minutes alone to "relax". No longer the good place it used to be.

I had the hot lava stone massage with Melissa. The massage was great! Melissa was very courteous and very mindful of an injury on my leg that I explained to her before we started. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would gladly go back for a second visit.

My wife loves this place. The staff is great and the ambience is very relaxing. The spa is very earthy and wellness centered, and doesn't feel rushed or too 'corporate.' She always seems happy when she comes home!

I've been going to this Natural Body for almost as long as they've been open, and have had facials, manicures, and massages. The massages are consistently good, no matter who I've had. I had the best massage in my life just last Friday. The folks in the front have always been friendly and courteous.

I also experienced the booking/ rescheduling problems with this spa. I arrived for an appointment within 5 minutes of the scheduled time and was told that I would need to reschedule. They claimed they tried to call me several times earlier in the day and rebook, but they had the wrong number on file for me, despite the fact that we'd corrected the phone number, and my contact information during a previous visit. When attempting to call to inquire about why this scheduling was a problem, they blamed it on 'tight-booking' which doesn't sound like the clients fault. With this spa, customer service and committeed customers are not important.

I buy all my Aveda products from them and everytime I go I have a wonderful shopping experience. The front desk staff is very helpful and sweet, and they always go out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. I finally got a massage with Phyllis and it was so good I thought I was floating away. I have found my spa!

I frequently buy products from this store for two reasons. One, the prices are good and two, it is closer to home than my hair salon or the mall. They carry a lot of products that are difficult to find all in one place. However, there are a couple of sales associates that could use some product knowledge and training in customer service. I only buy what I already know I want. I don't trust their opinions.

I used Natural Body's waxing services for over a year, and the waxers are very good. However, the reception staff was always rude, which I tolerated. However, they cancelled my last visit 2 hours before my appointment, and offered me no other options, no consolidations, and no apology.
