My husband and I have frequented Nava on a few occasions. The food is so-so. It isn't bad, but there just isn't anything memorable where you're like, "You gotta try this." But their margaritas are the best we've had in any restaurant in Atlanta-metro. I always have the Texas which is very potent for a lightweight like me, so my husband usually finishes it.

Oh, where to begin?! Cool, laid back ambience. Seriously GREAT wine list. Loved, loved, loved the Jalapeno shrimp / goat cheese, black bean enchilada. An incredible dish! Finished the meal with the crème brûlée rice pudding and espresso! Everything yummy from start to finish! Nava is hands down one of Atlanta's finest dining experiences!

We went there quite a while back but I just now decided to write a review. I can't remember the particulars of the meal but it was just scrumpdili-icious. And the prickly pear margarita was <3<3<3 (btw, those are hearts, not boobs). In fact we were going to go back despite the monsoon this past weekend, but they were closed, and we ended up at the Buckhead Diner. Hard to believe they are owned by the same company.

The crowd is a bit weird here. Maybe it is the Buckhead crowd, but who takes screaming toddlers to dinner at 9 pm? I hate, hate, HATED this place from the moment I attempted to enter and was nearly shoulder checked by a Buckhead Betty. I politely but somewhat loudly said "Excuse you" and she replied, "No! Excuse YOU!" I pondered beating the tired old cougar to a greasy pulp but that didn't seem very "Nava-like." Instead I beat down my inner hoodrat and continued my journey into haides. In short: Pricy, insufficiently spicy, and... costumey?

the food here is high-end. after all, one of their specialties is a lobster enchilada. they can be a bit pricey but try ordering a couple of appetizers instead of an entree and there will be room in your budget for the bill as well as your belly for the blue cornbread sticks that come complementary. yummy

At the trendy Buckhead intersection of P'tree & West Paces Ferry Rd., sit's the ultra hip, posh, Nava. Walk-in, and it's like stepping into Ralph Lauren's Southwestern Ranch, seen in Architectural Digest. Well we just saddled-up to the bar, on one of those lush poney-hide barstools, and had one of the best Margarita's in recent history, the Prickly Pear. Oh goodness. The bartender was great. In fact we decided to just eat at the bar, instead of waiting on a talble. The Lobster Taco's were amazing with a verde sauce. My companion, had seared Yellow Fin Tuna, with a chili rub. This place is just wonderful, even in cold weather, but we are waiting for that beautiful patio to open.
