A Ga Pwr rep gave me Neal's card during a power outage. Without a doubt he's the best ind. contr. we have used in 25 years at our home. He came in the rain on an hour's notice, at night and stayed until the power was back. He helped Ga Pwr AND then cleaned up! Not the cheapest but the job was done super right! If only all services were like this = A+

After months of flicerking power, we finally were referred to Neal, and we are so happy with the results. Not only was he out promptly but then after our initial service, called to report that the issue was with power company and there would be no fee assessed. How many contractors might have been tempted to bill us anyway? Also Neal saw the whole thing thru to conclusion, despite there being two unrelated problems, the second which clearly was the responsiblity of the power company, Neal made sure that we had been taken care of and the power was restored. Great service, and the hightest integrity. Will definately use again.

I came home Sunday evening to find a notice from Georgia Power on my door. Some limbs came down on the house and took out the power. I needed a new box and meter, and the conduit and eye bolt was ripped out. Neal and his crew came out Monday and had me back up and running before the end of the day. He has a very professional crew and they know enough about Georgia Power to "grease the wheels." He even gave me some financial options to try before having to pay out of pocket.
