Been using neese jones for over 10 years. Past summer checkup (on maintenance plan) the technician (who is actually one of the Jones boys) "checked" drain pipe and cut it, resealed it, and signed off it had flow. Well it didn't. Thank God my backup drain was working or my ceiling could have been soaked. Only reason I knew he didn't really check it was because I am in the process of getting my deck stained and deck stainer said back up drain was dripping on deck. Only time I've had one of the owners sons perform maintenance. Disappointing. The other guy Dan who normally comes is very thorough and honest.
Area Kennesaw, GA
Cost $250 - $499

These people did not show up to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system. When I called them about their missed appointment, I was told someone will call me back. I finally got a call back from a salesmen but was told that he never got the appointment request from the people who assign the appointments. The guy was suppose to call me back for a reschedule but never did. What a day wasted but at least I'm glad i'm not going with them.

We were in the market for better air filtration in our home after our son had chronic allergy problems. After many quotes with other companies, Brent came to our home and laid all our options out for us. He offered us various suggestions and was very considerate when keeping our budget in mind. We contracted the company to install 2-5inch media filters, a 90pint dehumidifier and a new return for our bonus room. Everything from quote to install as well as follow has been wonderful! We did have an issue with the dehumidifier gauge and they were prompt with fixing it. Great company and we are very happy.

I had Neese-Jones at my home to get another opinion on what was potentially wrong with my air conditioner about 4 weeks ago. I was told by ANOTHER company that my compressor was burnt out and I'd have to replace my A/C. It was only 6 years old! Long story short, Neese-Jones came out and said my compressor was operating properly after one part was replaced. That part was extremely cheap and this company saved me THOUSANDS of dollars. The technician later on told me that he was not paid on commission and had no reason to try an sell me anything I did not need. We signed up for a service agreement that day and will never use anyone else. THANK YOU NEESE-JONES HEATING AND AIR!!! M.B

Took the afternoon off for their scheduled appointment, but they never arrived. Called and was told by one person "you are scheduled from noon until 5 pm", and another person said " the technician ran into a big problem at another customer. Didn't call to reschedule. Owner called the next day to ask what happened, but never apologized or asked to come back. They refunded our prepaid money promptly when asked. We expected better service, especially since we had been referring new service customers to them every day in our business.

We had many companies out to our home to give us quotes on some duct work repair and a new air conditioning unit. Brent with Neese-Jones seemed to be the most knowledgeable and gave the best overall quote. It was a big purchase for us, but we have not been disappointed. The guys that came to install our new system were very professional and did a great job. (And it wasn't an easy job either!) I am happy to recommend Neese-Jones to anyone that needs a new air conditioner.

Decided to switch companies and give Neese a try. Had a unique situation with an AprilAire dehumidfier and they were accommodating with the warranty process. Much appreciated. Sent a second tech out on the fly which was impressive. Both techs were great and I look forward to continued business with these guys. Office folks were accommodating as well. Will be recommending to friends and neighbors as i always seem to be the one they call for referrals. Word of mouth is king...

On the second worse day of the snow, Tuesday, my street was still iced and a Neese Jones hvac truck drove through my neighborhood. I'm impressed that they got out to help a customer during this cold weather. Some hvac servicemen won't even get out to do a call on a house in their same small town.

I know I was tough customer. The met my expectations and did a great job. Unit was installed on time and completed without an issue. I was not happy with the performance of the unit and they followed up and tried to resolve the issue. Good company and would do business with them again.

Before my AC repair the supervisor quoted that my repair would require 10 pounds of Freon @ $30 per pound and the repair would be $526. The system required 3 pounds but the price stayed at $526. RIPOFF!!

I read other reviews before selecting and calling Neese. Not only , when I called did their most courteous receptionist say that they would try to work me in to a busy schedule or roll me over to the next day, but when I said I couldn't be home the next day, they fit me in at 6:30 PM today! Now, that is hard working and most appreciated, fair priced at the last minute and I plan to use them in the future!! THANKS!! HANDYMAN DAVID THIEL

Our builder used Neese Jones to install our HVAC. Recently and out of warranty, of course, we had an AC condensate line break causing thousands of dollars in damage. The repairman showed us the problem. They used the cheapest PVC possible to complete the job -- something we were told saved this company about $20 for the entire house. They may seem to do good work, but the question is how good is it going to hold up over a few short years. Think twice before you hire them.

Not knowing who this customer is limits my ability to respond to this review. I can respond to one of your statements: "they used the cheapest pvc possible to complete the job-something we were told saved this company about $20 for the entire house." We use the same pvc that every other HVAC contractor that i know of uses. I have the same pvc in my home, which is 13 years old, that is in your home. This pvc should last for the life of your home assuming the following: 1: You have your drain lines cleaned yearly as recommended by the manufacturer of your equipment. 2: The drain line has not been accidentally kicked which can cause it to crack or break. 3:The drain line was not damaged during the construction of the home. 4:The drain line was installed correctly during installation. Please contact me anytime if you would like to discuss further. Thanks, Dewey Neese
Thank you, Neese Jones! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the summer. Although we were new customers, they sent a repairman out within 2 hours. The repair bill was very reasonable and we are so pleased that we are becoming maintenance contract customers now. We appreciate that they cared about our comfort and we will reward them with our business now.

I called 14 different HVAC companies on a Wednesday: Neese Jones was the only one that could make it next day (2 said they could come that Friday, and the rest were unavailable until the following week). The tech. found the problem quickly--a quick fix--and replaced the broken part quickly. He took the time to wash off the condenser coils and clean around the unit. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and didn't try to up-sale me. The bill was reasonable. I'd recommend in a heartbeat, though I hope I never have to...
