Not pleased
We had Nehemiah Reconstruction replace almost all the windows in our house. The windows were old and rotten. I asked if window sills were going to be replaced also and was told that they inspect and replace if needed. Months later I have found two windows that were put on top of rotten sills. Water ran through the rot into the house for months before I found it. Called owner and was offered only materials to compensate. I was expected to have it fixed on my dime. A little extra time and 10.00 in materials would have solved these problems from the start. Now I'm packing my rotten sills under brand new windows with bondo. Not impressed.
