There were plenty of cues from the beginning that I should have paid attention to, but I let them fill my five year old's tooth anyway. Once it was done, I wanted them to cap it, but politely declined any further dental work. So, 3 months later we went back for the cap, and after they had him in the back 45 minutes (no parents allowed in back) the hygenist came out to ask me a question about the two teeth they were drilling. Not only did I not agree to have 2 more teeth drilled, but I had specifically told them NOT to drill any more teeth. I asked about the cap, and she didn't even know that's what the appointment was scheduled for. I asked them to get him out of the chair in the back and we left. Now we have a competent dentist who doesn't try to do unauthorized work. The only other relevant thing I could add is that the business includes pediatric, but I did not encounter anyone (esp. the dentist herself) who seemed friendly with or good with children. However the lady staffing the front desk was very nice.

I usually do not post reviews. ThE public needs to be aware of this Dentist in the interest of their children. I have a daughter and by no means has she ever had any trouble at any dentist or doctor. She has even taken immunization shots without a tear in sight! This dentist refused to allow me in the treatment area to see what was being done for my child. I informed her of my concerns as a parent of at least having the option to be with my child. The doctor shrugged me off and asked her staff to "explain it to me." After the staff member explained it to me, I decided to allow my child back without my presence. Just about 15 minutes into the procedure, the dnetal assitant comes out with a "misbehavior form" for me to sign. They wanted to use a pappoose board on my child. Now, this board is considered at the very least unethical and restraints are recommended to be utilize only in the severe case of an emergency. They were simply taking a mold of her teeth. This by no means was an "emergency". When I asked to see my child, she was shaking and crying. She had white mold on her face, eye, arms, and legs. I asked her what was wrong..she could barely speak. I asked the dental assistant what happened and I was informed, "she didnt want the mold in her mouth." I re-asked my daughter and she told me the dentist yelled at her and held her down to force the mold inside her mouth. The doctor didnt even speak to me and informed me "It's my choice and I could leave." BEWARE EVERYONE!

I am SOOO happy with them as dentist. I had not had work for over 25 years due to a severe fear and phobia to dentists. They have worked with me, done major work at a VERY reasonable price. Dr. Vo is wonderful, patient, caring and has great experience and very personable. Would recommend to any and everyone!!!!!
