I had a great experience taking my car here. Phil (the owner/manager) made sure of this, too. He's a stand up guy who you can trust along with his staff and technicians. First time going there today, and I walked out feeling like I could have those guys over for a backyard barbecue. They're that nice!!! My neighbor turned me onto them, so I have her to also thank. Unfortunately, her Honda CRV (same car as mine) had its catalytic converter stolen from right in front of our houses. I only lucked out b/c we happened to be out of town when the thieves came by. Otherwise, I'd be out of pocket the same $2300 ---- can you believe that?!? Well, if you're someone who's wanting to prevent this (like me) then you'll be happy to know that they can help you do so. I bought a cat clamp online, and I'm happy to say they were able to install it with no problems. I also received an oil change while I was there, so they're able to help you out with something like that as well. I'll definitely return, although hopefully not anytime soon ;-) not until I need another oil change.

I took my BMW to this Goodyear a month ago because the low tire light kept coming on. I was blown away by how friendly and helpful everyone was who was working there. I had just purchased the car a few weeks prior and apparently the previous owner had used fix a flat and it messed up the tire. Although they couldn't fix the problem at that moment, they allowed me to come back the next day and leave the car with them. One of the guys even drove me to work at an elementary school close by! When I picked up the car, they seemed to have fixed the problem at no charge. I've had no issues since. I was completely impressed by the service and value. Thanks, Marietta Goodyear!

I took my 2010 Honda Civic in for an oil change. The service manager told me I had to have synthetic oil to maintain my warranty. This is not true. I called the dealership to confirm this. The dealership did my first oil change and did not use synthetic oil. I feel this was simply an attempt to gouge the customer for a product they do not need. I will never take a vehicle back to these people for service.

Very impressed with the service offered by Phil, the store manager. I took my car in for a lot of work today, brake pads, rear brake cleaning and adjustments, wheel alignment recheck, oil change, etc. When I left, I noticed that the oil change tag was still the old one, so I went back immediately to see if they were sure they did an oil change. They had forgotten to replace the tag but had done the oil change. A technician checked on it for me again to make sure, and the store manager also came to check for himself, since I had no idea how to check this myself. He explained to me what was what and showed me that it was changed (filter was new, oil looked fresh, and all other fluids were refilled), but to ensure my satisfaction, he offered a free oil change during my next service as well. He went above and beyond to take the time to check on everything and also took the extra step to win back my confidence. With all the work they did on my car today, I'm not surprised they accidentally forgot to change the tag; but I was very nicely surprised at the customer service and the genuine effort by Phil to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work. They are a bit higher priced than other stores in the area, but they were willing to work with me as well. I left a very happy customer and look forward to continued business with them.

I went to the Goodyear on Powder Springs Road yesterday, 7-31-08 and was blown away at the courtesy provided by the entire staff! Not just to me either. While I sat waiting on my oil change, every single person who came in was greeted upon entering, dealt with and sent on their day with a smile. These guys were the nicest.
