Neighbors Heating and Air

I had been doing business with the other H&A business for years when I get Tim from Neighbors sent for my spring maintenance on the a.c. because the two companies had merged. After the horrendous experience of watching Mr. Williams take my basement door and knock my 20 lb. Scottish Terrier in the head and off of her feet to move her out of his way (as she was trying to play with him) I was nearly in shock and devastated that a human being having a bad day could do that. My service call was his third of the day which he was to be here between noon and 1:00 p.m. He was to call 30 min. ahead per the standard policy with the company that made the appt. This gives me a chance to put the two small dogs into their containment areas. I am disabled and require doing things like this as on time as possible due to required afternoon rest.
Not here as of 2:15 p.m. I was resting in another part of the house when I heard Mr. Williams loud banging on my front door, no phone call had been made.
Upon questioning Mr. Williams about the incident the first words out of his mouth were "I didn't mean to". I don't know Mr. Williams other than on this day. What would make a man do such a thing to a small dog is in the eyes of the Lord. God help you Mr. Williams.

My neighborhood website recommended this company as being great. Well, my experience was the total opposite. I called three times and never got a call back. When someone finally decided to call and schedule an appointment they simply didn't show up. The day of the appointment I called 3 times and no one had the decency to call. I would not recommend this company AT ALL.

Atlanta Gas Light came out and told me what was wrong with my furnace. I called several places. Neighbors was here within the hour, quoted me a price on the phone close to what the guy from Atl Gas said it should be and was $100 less than the "reliable" guy my neighbor uses. Great service and great value. Thanks!

Tim called right after his son's basketball game was over, and was at the house within an hour. Had the problem located and fixed in short order. He's professional and personable. I showed him a few other concerns, and he's coming back to take care of them all at reasonable cost.
