I worked with Grant for a few months and he was well worth my time. He is very personable and comfortable to be around, he knows his stuff and works hard to personalize a plan just for you. He's not just a standard trainer, he really goes the extra mile to ensure his clients see results.

Over the past 5 years I have had the opportunity to work out with several personal trainers. Based on my experiences, I feel confident in saying that Grant is one of the most knowledgeable and talented trainers I have ever worked with. From the very first workout, I was immediately impressed with the level of expertise that he brought from his academic studies and work with the athletics program at UGA. Furthermore, as a mental health professional-in-training, I have found his workouts to be physically challenging as well as beneficial to my own mental health and wellbeing. But all other praises aside, to put it quite simply, he's just a cool guy to work out with. Although I no longer work out with Grant since he has graduated and left Athens to open New Body Training, I highly recommend Grant to be your personal trainer.

I came to Grant with specific goals in mind and after training with him I have gained more than I could have expected. Not only have I made immense progress in strength training, but I have greater confidence when working out. Being trained by Grant has been challenging, it hasn't been easy, but he is encouraging, pushing me to go beyond what I think I can do. He has changed the meaning of working out from checking something off of my "to-do list" to a lifestyle. I would suggest anyone to work out with Grant from beginners to people that have been weight training for years.

Grant has proven himself as a personal trainer at UGA. Students as well as faculty utilized his expertise, enthusiasm, and dependability to move toward reaching fitness goals. His knowledge of nutrition is an added bonus on your way to healthy living. I highly recommend New Body Training for your personal fitness training.
