I have taken several classes at New Horizons over the years. However, what really stands out about this Learning Center is their Customer Service. Their staff has been very helpful in providing additional details; as well as suggestions, for classes.

I've taken a few course with New Horizons and each was a satisfying experience. Though I went into each class with some knowledge of each of the items taught, I always came out feeling like I learned something valuable.

I have taken a Crystal Reports 10 class. I enjoyed the class a lot. The instructor made sure to keep up-beat and include class interaction. The materials provided are good and they provide a practice area for 6 months after the class. I will be taking more classes from New Horizons.

I took a course -- A+ Certified Computer Repair -- at New Horizons about 5 years ago, and I truly felt like it was a waste of money. The course was 2 weeks long and cost a decent amount of money, but didn't come close to preparing me for an entry level computer industry position like the salesperson promised. Although my instructor was very knowledgeable, the course materials were poorly, poorly written and the equipment that we had to work with was outdated. I felt like this was a course that overpromised and underdelivered.

Nice classes, well organized, convenient to 285. As with most schools of this type, it's difficult to manage the various skill levels of the students when they come in - but overall, it was worth going. My class received a handbook afterwards which included everything we learned, which is good for reference.
