Contacted them 3 times, each time they took info, NOBODY EVER CALLED BACK! Once even was specifically told "Richard" was still in office, he still never bothered to call back over 3 week period. Don't trust those who don't care enough to call back.

Sprang a leak during March storm. Found 3 roofers on Kudzu.com. Each responded in a reasonable time frame w/estimates. The 1st, a company that I had used several years ago to replace both skylights after the hail storm of 2010 said that it was lack of appropriate flashing around the skylights. They were the fastest and lowest estimate, but never explained why they didn't flash properly back then. The other 2 companies took longer to send their estimates, but were thorough. Both provided proof of "roof rats/squirrels" that had ripped up the overlayment through extensive photos. Each offered similar solutions, but New Life Roofing was several thousands less. They did a thorough and timely repair. Richard Bourassa, the president of NLR was especially sensitive to the needs of a paralyzed veteran, like myself. The only glitch that I experienced would likely never trouble most people, but I had to call several times to pay my bill. Granted Richard's company is one of the most outstanding in the valley and I intend to use him for all my roofing needs, but too busy to bill me?

Our apologies to the potential customer. Not knowing who it is, I cannot speak to issue completely except to say our intention is to always respond to a customer as requested.
I am a first time homebuyer, so needless to say I felt a little in the dark about choosing a roofing company to strip and replace the shingles on my roof. But Richard with New Life Roofing put me at ease. He referred me to a few informational websites and even gave customer referrals I had requested. They are up front with what the job entails and after I got (3) other bids from other companies, I was sold on this one. The job was completed timely and professionally. They were more than accommodating with payment arrangements and I could not be more pleased with my experience with this company!!!!

I have never had a roof done, but I feel I can recommend this company. From the moment they arrived to take the old roof off until the last man left (2 DAYS LATER) I was please with all phases of the project. My neighbor, who had done many roofs over the years could not belive how quick they were. I had several neighbors ask about the company and wanted a quote. Good workmanship and professional attitudes were demonstrated by all involved. My recommendation is a A +++, or the best one can attain.\rRick

New Life replaced an entire patio roof down to the boards and did a great job on the roof. However they were very sloppy when it came to putting the fasia back on. Instead of getting new fasia, they badly stapled the old and torn aluminum siding onto the sides and it looked unprofessional, and sloppy and warped. I had to end up paying someone else to redo it. They also left several dozen long nails all over the yard. I stepped on one. The supervisor apologized for the messy fascia job but did not offer to do it over. So would I use them again? If they clean up after themselves and realize if they cant do something right don't do it. I would like them to pay for the redo.

I have had roof damage twice this year from high winds. Both times New Life Roofing gave me a quick estimate and quick repair. The job was done when they said it would be done and the cost was exactly what they said it would be. Both repairs are so well done that you cannot tell from the street that there were any repairs at all. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company.

This is a great roofing company. They came out and gave an estimate when they said they would, the estimate was great compared to the many other estimates we got. They started and finished on time. Their work was clean, neat and very professional. The roof looks great and the price was right! No more leaks!!THANKS!!

New Life Roofing has for years used 'GREEN' technology. We recycle metals such as: alluminum, brass, copper, and lead from roof systems whenever possible. Reflective coatings have been utilized by our company to help cool roofs, contribute to the watertight integrity of the roof system, and lower inside cooling costs. Newly manufactured reflective 'cool' shingles are also available upon request.
