If you pick out and buy a dress here, you'll be assured you'll have the dress in three months but don't hold your breathe. Tack on another month at least and then start calling to see when it's supposedly arriving, only to be put off some more. If we'd known this, we'd have gone to another store. Seems pretty unprofessional.

Store is in a weird location, hard to find. Minimal parking. It smells funny when you walk in. Bride's dress and bridesmaid dresses took too long to arrive. Arrived one month before wedding. Alterations pricing was outrageous. Owner is nice until she has your money. Then rude and uncomfortable. You will need to take dresses elsewhere to get steamed and "wedding day ready". They do not provide a bag for your dress. awful. go elsewhere if you can afford it.

There are better vendors to get a dress. If you have your heart set on a specific designer, a great option is to contact the designer directly to get information on how long their dresses take to make and ship before you go to your dress vendor, so that you have that information before hand. Be aware, some vendors are threatening those who leave them bad reviews with lawsuits.

This is the worst shop EVER!. The owner is horrific. From the minute we arrived at the front door, we were met with attitude. The sales person was beyond unpleasant. Despite my first impression, I ventured to look at some dresses. While most of the wedding dresses were a good value, the bridesmaids dresses were old, dirty and tattered. (i.e. busted zippers,...). Determined to look past the shabby interior and unprofessional behavior by the sales associate, I tried on a very nice wedding dress, only to have my sales person have a previous shopper return to the shop, so she just left me there to fend for myself. Finally, after waiting for an additional 30 minutes without assistance, a salesperson by the name of Rhonda came to assist as it was almost closing time. I had a few questions that the salesperson felt would be better answered by the owner. Upon speaking with the owner, my experience turned from unpleasant to horrific. The owner was just blatantly rude and unprofessional. Her tone was demeaning and it was clear that she did not value her customers. This shop should not be an option for you if you are a serious shopper who still values customer service.

New Natalie's was the last place that I intended on going to find a wedding gown due to such bad reviews that I read about them. I am happy to say that I was wrong! My bridal consultant, Hope was the BEST! She was patient, understanding and a flat out Sweetheart! Before today, I had become discouraged because I have had so many bad experiences with other bridal stores. Hope definitely changed my perception of this place. I originally told her what style I was looking for and she helped pull gowns based off of this description. As with the previous stores and/or boutiques, I was not "WOWED" by any. Hope took the time and asked probing questions to get an insight of what she thought I should try on. At the time, I figured she was just making conversation. She asked me if it would be okay, if she pulled some gowns that she thought would look good on me. I agreed and she returned with one! I was not impressed with the look of it on the hanger; however once I tried it on...it was AMAZING! After four other disastrous experiences, I regret not coming here first. If you are in need of a wedding gown and want someone to be patient, not get frustrated with your inconsistency and yet not pressure you into buying...go to New Natalie's and ask for Hope. Thank you Hope for making this an amazing experience!!!

I called New Natalies 2 days before I went in looking for 1 particular dress, and the guy (heavy accent) said that they had it in the size I was looking for and that I should come in. I called in Friday morning and said I will be there between 3 and 4 and I will be on my lunch break, so please pull the dress as I will not have much time. I drove about 30 miles, im not sure of the time it took, but this is Atlanta and around that time was traffic, I went because I was ready to purchase that day so it would come back by my October wedding. When I get there the man had left, and one sales lady says, go on back and look through the racks. I stated that I was only there for one dress and I had to leave. Long story short, they never had the dress in stock. He only wanted me to come in the store and try other dresses. He assured me that the dress was there. I spoke with him on 3 occasions regarding the dress. I overheard a sales person say, I heard him talking to her and he knew the dress was not here. Needless to say I was HOT! I told the owner how inconsiderate and unprofessional that was. I had to battle traffic from Stone Mountain to Atlanta and back again. Gas is too high, for him to blatantly lie that way. If you choose to buy from them I guess you should have them say 'yes, the dress you want is right here in my hands'.

The wedding is 4 weeks away and we still haven't gotten our bridesmaids dresses, even though we ordered them many months ago. Supposedly, per the staff/owner, the dresses were going to be shipped out "tomorrow." They must have a different idea of what "tomorrow" means, because when I called back the next day...it was then going to be shipped out "tomorrow." And the next day I called again...and so on and so forth, 2 weeks later, no dress. I am so tired of hearing about tomorrow - I just want the dress to be here today.

I had a friend in town looking for wedding dresses. She asked me where I had purchased my wedding dress, so I did a search to see if they were still in business. Well, unbelieveably they are, and it is New Natalie's. My experience was more than 10 years ago, but apparently not much has changed. When I was there, the people were VERY rude. They did not want to help, only to get a sale and get you out of there. I DID find the dress I wanted, and got a good price, so I ordered it. This was in Sept. My wedding was scheduled for March. Due to an illness in my husband's family, we had to delay the wedding to late June, but New Natalie's did not know this. I was suppossed to receive my dress about Dec. By February, still no dress. Well, after calling over and over, they kept telling me my dress was "on the way". Upon finally calling the manufacturer, they said that the dress was never ordered. New Natalie's would not answer my calls...so I had Amex dispute the deposit charge. Only when it was charged back did New Natalie's respond. They got very ugly until I told them that I had spoken with the manufacturer. It was only 9 days before my originally scheduled wedding date. Natalie's got the dress to me in 4 days, but I only agreed to pay 60% of the original price. Great financially, but you do NOT need this hassle in preparing for your wedding. I would go elsewher

The selection and prices are Excellent. The customer service sucks. The employees (including the owners) are not knowledgable or helpful at all. If you want a full service salon with a consultant to wait on you, do not come here. If you prefer to shop on your own and you don't like someone hovering over you this place is great. I actually priced my gown at another salon, and I saved a good bit of money here. Also, it is not off the rack, which I had thought. They order everything new for you. I would avoid their alterations department at all costs.

This is a different type of store and has a "warehouse" type feel, but they have a very, very large selection with extremely REASONABLE prices. If you make an appointment, ask for Hope - she's just lovely...only works weekends.

When I made my appointment here I was impressed- I was asked so many questions about the styles I liked, my size, etc. I was sure this was so they could pull some dresses for me ahead of time. When I arrived it was if I had no appointment. First passed off to one 'consultant', than another. It got worse from there. I printed out about 20 dresses from their website- they had one in the store and didn't carry any of the others. I asked why they have these on their website if they don't sell them and the 'consultant' just got rude, didn't have any answer as to why they falsely adverstise dresses they don't carry. You can't have any friends or family help you in the dressing room. You can't take any pictures which for me is a deal breaker because I need to be able to send pics to my family who live out of town. On a scale of one to ten I'd rate this place a -1. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

I shopped with a close friend here and she had a nightmare experience. Once they had her money, they offered no service. Her dress was late, they botched alterations appointments, she spent many a phone call in tears. It put her through so much unnecessary stress. I'm getting married next year and I won't be buying my dress from this shop.

I'm glad I realized how bad they were before I gave them my money. First thing I noticed is that they are very RUDE and then the second thing I noticed is that the dresses that they call discounted, are actually marked backed up by a "service fee' bringing the dresss back to the original price..if not more I purchased the SAME bridesmaid dress at the Bride Beautiful in Roswell for a better price and much much better service. Brides and bridesmaids,...try Bride Beautiful.

I would HIGHLY recommend New Natalie's. Not only did I fall in love with the dress selection, the people, the prices, and the wedding dress I ultimately ordered from New Natalie's - but New Natalie's saved me from a bridesmaid dress disaster. I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from a different bridal shop 8 months prior to the wedding and was told they would arrive in 3-4 months. To make a very long story short - 6 months later (and numerous walk-ins to the shop and unreturned phone calls to the bridal shop owner) - I still hadn't received the dresses. New Natalie's came to my rescue. The spent their valuable time (when it wasn't even their problem to solve) making several calls to the manufacturer directly. As a result of New Natalie's selfless efforts - I finally received my bridesmaids' dresses just in time. New Natalie's selection, prices, and customer service are fantastic.

I recently purchased my wedding gown from New Natalies,and I was more than pleased, with the service and the discount!!!!! A lot of these reviews are probably from crazy spoiled brides with their daddys paying for everything!!!! The whole experience for me was fabulous!!! Ask for Maria, she was so friendly, and professional!!! I spoke to both managers, and they also were so professional...I think most of the brides that wrote these nasty reviews are probably just spoiled they have a little temper tantrum!!! This is the place to go, if you know what you want and want it for a good price!!! Yeah for New Natalies!!!
