Saved the Day
An upstairs bathroom flooded and drenched the living room. Next Gen came in and made it all right. The insurance adjuster barely beat these guys in the door. As soon as the adjuster was finished the crew had the carpet up off the floor and got everything dried up. Excellent job.

Nightmare
Made the mistake of signing papers while in the middle of a home flood only to find out that the papers gave the owner of this outfit almost complete control of every aspect of the cleanup. A total nightmare from start to finish. Stay well away. It would not surprise me if the positive reviews were shills.

Best In class
Nextgen does it right the first time. Great service, professional, experienced and well trained. I would highly recommend calling the professionals at Nextgen first time every time for Fire, Flood, Water Damage, or Mold mitigation.
