We thought we had lost all of our memories because we were THOSE people who forgot to back up. Our whole system crashed. Thank goodness someone recommended Dwayne. He recovered everything that was important to us, gave us a whole new system and cost a fraction of the other shops in town. Thank you, Next Level!

I had a problem with my internal wireless on my laptop. They thoroughly researched the problem, during their research they found that hp had a recall due to the defective wireless device on the the laptops. Although the recall ended in June 2009, I was very pleased that they were willing to go above and beyond to find the problem. I highly recommend their impeccable sevice. Very professional.

I had a virus that was affecting my online access and my ability to work offline. After the mobile equipment did not eliminate the stubborn virus, he took the laptop to his workshop. He got rid of the virus the next day. My options were well communicated and I was kept informed during every step of the process. I also received recommendations on how to improve the computer's future performance.
