I am posting this out of frustration with Sprint Nextel. The average call is 45 min and I have spent as much as four hours to resolve a 5 min task. If you are purchasing a phone please go to another company. I am hostage to them because we are a corporate account with Nextel push to talk addicts. If we weren't so dependent on the Nextel part we would have fired them long ago. Basic problems we have had in the last month. Account not set up correctly Payments posted incorrectly Changes of plan made improperly Refused to transfer a number Refusal to get supervisor or someone to help us Transferred 3-10 times per call. I manage 12 phones for the company and we had 3 separate sprint Nextel accounts set up. They agreed to merge us all into one account, it has been three months and it is still not set up. The representatives continually lie. We attempted to set up a phone and transfer an ATT # to it they said no problem. When we received the phone we spoke with three customer support people that said it was impossible to transfer an ATT# to our account. When ever we request to speak with a supervisor or someone that we think can help us they refuse to transfer and normally just hang up.

I have been a Nextel customer for nearly 7 yrs. I was very satisfied with them until Sprint took over exactly 1 yr ago. They have tried to help every way possible but still no luck so now I have to pay for messages no matter what. You would think they could let me out of my contract!!!! I have 5 phones with them and can't pay the 1000.00 termination fee. Please consider another cellular company. They tell me they VALUE me as a customer! I guess so because they are ripping me off!!!!
