I had a horrible experience with the receptionist. I believe this is very important for all the customers. Just because of this I don't ever want to return back for service. I have been seeing and been using the same insurance for over two years and all of her sudden, her lazy so call receptionist was too lazy to call my insurance to confirm and refused to take me. Which I had went to see my doctor earlier and receptionist had called my insurance to confirm my card was good to go.
