One word to describe Nick's training: unparalleled. This is my second time training with him the past 4 years. Originally we did strength training before his time in Virginia Beach, and since his return, we have focused on movement based training relying heavily on the vipr. My best description of this would be a total body workout utilizing strength(especially core), flexibility, plyometrics, and range of motion. Does it produce results: you better believe it...strength, definition, balance, better overall performance. It's interesting to have other trainers watch you train in order to emulate your workout; and when you use what he has taught you at other gyms, people will ask you "where did you learn that?"

I trained with Nick for 2 yrs when he was in Va. Beach. I traveled to Atlanta in July 2011, to take two more sessions with Nick and learn about ViPR. I compete in Masters track & am the Virginia 200m & 400m age group champ. Nick's methods are about restoring range of motion in all movements required in performance sports. This is functional training at its best! Nick's methods are innovative, safe and targeted toward the needs of each client. Nick is still talked about by the fitness community (particularly triathletes) in Va. Beach. You will not be disappointed.

Daily life takes a toll on all of our bodies. Nick's training addresses all of our imperfections, all of our limitations and forces your body to just plain function better. It doesn't matter your sport, your activity, your limitation. Nick's training is innovative, 10 steps ahead anything you have ever experienced and will take you to a level you never thought you could achieve. He is an instructor and educator to all types of specialists such as other trainers, trainers of trainers, doctors, Physical Therapists, professional athletes, collegiate coaches and athletes, you name it. Don't deny yourself the chance to experience his beyond-untouchable training creations. You won't be disappointed. You may even get addicted.

Nick's training methodology and style are far superior to any others I've experienced. His training is innovative and science based. He knows more about the human body and nervous systems than any Physical Therapist or Sports Injury practitioners I've seen. I can physically do things now that I couldn't do when I was in my early 20's! Amazing Training and Trainer! Plus, he'll let you workout to any music you choose! FYI: If you're looking for a Trainer that'll stand next to you counting your every rep, logging your workout and giving you false "that a boy": this is NOT your guy!
