I called this service almost a month in advance of when I needed the work done and was told to call back about a week before I needed them. So, naturally I stopped doing research and called them this week to set up my appointment. Nick said he would have to " get back to me" on if they could complete the job or not and he didn't even bother to let me know. I was left to assume they couldn't do it due to lack of communication. They are unreliable and mislead customers. Now I have to start the process over and be without a dryer for several days, when I was trying to be proactive in the first place.

I am a small shop and I don't have a secretary. Its a bit extreme to judge my whole company and our quality based on my ability to get back to you ONE TIME. Sorry Bob, I hope it worked out with whomever you hired. In hundreds of jobs in this area, we have never had a customer who we actually worked for be unhappy with our performance, but if Bob wants to judge us on my single error in calling him back, that's his loss! I remember this phone call. I did forget, but geez Bob you could have just called me again that evening once you realized I had forgotten! I feel like we are dating or something! LOL! I'm a hands on full time electrician my man, and I'm darn good. Probably the best in the state, and I do guarantee the lowest price vs any licensed contractor, so it keeps me good and busy. I'll work on my phone skills in the future. Sorry about that one! You would've been happy and probably gotten a better deal if you just gave us another call!
We've used this company already a couple times and plan to use and recommend them in the future. Their knowledge and efficiency is amazing. Stellar workmanship, friendly, competent and very reasonably priced. Our technician, David, was always on time, and did a great job. Thank you!!
