I was very impressed with the entire process. Everyone at the store was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We had Gus and Fernando out yesterday to install our new carpets. These guys were the most professional and hardest working we could have hoped for. I would have replaced our 15 year old carpets years ago but for the perceived stress and hassle it would be. Not the case. They had the piano in the kitchen and moved the huge TV by only unplugging the cable and power to the wall. That was it! The carpet looks great, the sales guys were great and the installers were great. I can't wait for the mill to finish the last batch of carpet so we can finish the upstairs. We are repeat customers and will NEVER look at the big box stores in the future. We'll be back to NB Floors next time! Thanks again!

The contractor from Nielson Brothers Flooring who did the flooring was very good. He was professional and did a great job. I really liked how it was handled. Everything looks beautifully done; it looks like a piece of art! Nielson Brothers Flooring put in bamboo flooring for all the rooms in my house. Nielson Brothers Flooring is very fair, and they really listened. I felt like the woman who helped make the measurements was fantastic. Every time I went into the store, I was treated with respect even when I had questions. I liked their professionalism. Before the installment, Nielson Brothers Flooring told me that the workers they hired are quality people. Paul was a really good worker with good energy. The job was well done and very professional. We ran across unexpected problems but I liked the way they dealt with them. Because the building settling on the bottom floor (I live in a condominium), the floor was uneven which wasn't detected. It cost more but I'm glad Nielson Brothers Flooring caught it. They really know what they're doing and are knowledgeable. I feel like I could really trust them. Nielson Brothers Flooring has been a family-owned business since the 1940's and it's still going! I think one of the workers I met with was the daughter of the original owner. Nielsen Brothers Flooring knows carpets. They knew exactly what I was looking for and showed it to me. We had a little bit of an issue with the installation, but they took care of it right away the same day.
