Honesty wins my repeat business
Found what looked like termite damage in our hardwood floors of our old house. My wife's coworker recommended Nix, and with no prior experience with pest control (other than a can of Raid), had them over for an estimate of the damage.
James, the field rep, was super courteous on the phone and very professional and thorough during the whole inspection process. Crawled in the attic and under the house, perused the perimeter, and thankfully, the house was given a clean bill of health. Probably just an old infestation
I can't tell you how thankful I was for his professional opinion and honesty. He could have told me the house needed tenting. I told him I appreciated his honesty, and he said, "It's how I sleep at night."
This is the kind of thing that will get them repeat business from me and the reason I'll recommend them to my friends....
