Often missed scheduled visits. Had to keep an eye on the invoices to make sure that we weren't charged for visits there was no services rendered. Generally, the company was easy to deal with and resolve those types of issues. The service itself wasnt horrible, but it wasn't great either. One day I observed two spots on the back of my house that were damaged. They were obviously caused by a large item. Tire tracks in the mud and dirt below the damage make it evident that a large wheeled piece of equipment hit my house. No Frills Lawn Care was the only company that had been in my fenced in backyard for months. No one in my family, or any visitors, have been out there for months. We have had no one else over for work on the house. Because of this - I am under the logical assumption that No Frills Lawn Care probably caused the damage, when mowing. I asked them to file an insurance claim with their carrier (since they claim to be insured) or to pay someone to come over to fix the damage. The owner came over and looked at the damage and indicated that he didn't think he caused the damage. Obviously... I have no recourse except to tell others of my experience. I can't prove that they did it... but I feel it is more than highly likely. I have multiple pictures of the damage and everyone that has seen it (with the exception of the owner of No Frills Lawn Care) has the same take on the situation as me. Please be advised.
