Poor Service Level
Natalie Clark Miller. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOAN OFFICER. Ask for someone other than this person if you choose to go with Hersh. I am in the process of re-working the loan with someone else. more to follow.
9/21-Just to follow up on my above post. I'm still not happy with Hersh only because you don't promise if you don't know for sure. This girl I was working with is no longer with the company. Everyone else that works there, seems like they are maybe little more knowledgeable but the fact of matter is, when you hire someone that doesn't do a good job and the result is bad, that generally reflects entire company's image. I rate this company "C" at the most.

Lowest Rates and Fees As Promised!
Their good faith estimate matched exactly what was on the closing documents. I recieved the interest rate and fees they promised! I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
