My personal experience with Norman's Electronics was very good. I had my TV repaired in my house and was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The technician called and said what time he would be coming out and actually showed up when promised. He repaired my tv back to perfect condition and answered all my questions. I would recommend Norman's and thank you to Corey for the professional job you did.

Took my Integra DTR 4.6 receiver in to Norman's for repair. It has now been two months and the receiver still isn't fixed. They've ordered parts from Integra three times and none of them have worked. The unit is now being sent to the regional Integra service center in NYC for evaluation. Communication has been poor with no sense of urgency. Integra's customer service has been equally lousy. Find someone else to do your repairs and don't buy Integra equipment.

For many electronic repairs, they seem to have the monopoly for non-warranty non-brand store repairs. They know that and therefore can be a little pricy but they do good work.

When I called HH Gregg for service on my Hitachi HDTV, Norman Electronics was sent out to do the job. The technician diagnosed a bad crt, 3 weeks later they called me to schedule the repair. The tech comes out and breaks several other parts, swears they will be swift in making the new repairs, 3 weeks later after many, many unreturned phone calls they give me a Sat. appointment and they don't show up. Then they continue to give me the runaround by saying they'd send out another tech, and he never shows. They don't care about the consumer in my opinion. Go elsewhere if you have the choice.

I believe that Norman's is unmatched for repairing electronics. BUT, I had an old tape deck with them. They called an estimate that seemed high, but I agreed. A few days later the technician called to revise it down - seems the manager's estimate was more aggressively priced than the more experienced technician felt comfortable with. I'd use them again, they do good work but I might shop the estimate if too high.
