I recently refinanced my mortgage from a 30-year to a 20-year. The loan officer really explained my options to me in a way I could understand. There were no suprises when we closed the loan from what we had discussed weeks earlier with various rates and the monthly cost. I got a rate 1/2 of a percent lower than my original loan which was impressive given that rates had been increasing this year.

Got the job done
I purchased a home in Arizona in June of 2006 at a time when the market was moving quickly. I was in a 30 day purchase contract and needed a loan quickly. North American Funding handled all aspects of the loan process and I was actually able to close 5 days early. They were great to work with!
