Not only did Dr. Gardner charge my insurance co. and receive payment for services that she did not preform ... they are now sending me bills every single month for the balance! She completely falsified the services portion of the bill and just made up things she said she did when she in fact did nothing but a simple test! Check your bill friends and don't pay for anything that didn't actually take place!

Due to the lack of COMPETENCE and RESPECT I will NEVER return to North Atlanta Dermatology! These people dropped the ball when it came to billing and deemed it necessary to call me at work a WEEK after my New PATIENT APPOINTMENT and try to make me feel like it was some fault of mine. The office manager (Shot out to Elaine) was RUDE, BELLIGERENT, AND INCOMPETENT! I reached out to her in hope of resolving an issue and she screamed, and hollered at me like she was at home on her couch yelling at one of her kids. Her LACK of PROFESSIONALISM cost them two New Patients AND the $85.00 they were trying to squeeze out of me. They need to clean house when it comes to the front desk staff, and Elaine needs to be in a strait jacket. NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

I have been going to see Dr.Sabini for years now at NAD. Although it is difficult to get appts sometimes she is totally worth the wait. The other doctors there are all amazing too just in case you need to get in a little sooner. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming making each visit better than the last.

I've only been here twice, once in 2007(or 2006?) and this year. Overall, great place but the waiting is very long. Take a book, enjoy a magazine, or play some sudoku. My appointment was with Dr. Douchy, he's great and real nice (if you have a sense of humor). I had a mole removed, and the actual procedure took a minute but waiting for it to happen was like 15-20 minutes. Only two things that bothered me: waiting and the nurse (I guess she's a nurse, IDK but she had a bit of an attitude). Also: they tell you print the forms that are online. Don't do it, waste of your own paper and ink. They have forms and since you'll be waiting for a long time, you might as well fill them out there.

I am really not sure what the other negative reviewers are talking about! My Mother and I have been going to Dr. Sabini for at least 16 years. She is not only a top-notch dermatologist, but a sweet and caring person. She is the only Doctor who was able to recognize my skin condition when I was pregnant right away. (At least two others were not 100% sure and had me scared to death.) She detected a basal cell on my face at fist glance, before the biopsy was even done, and referred me right away for Mohs surgery. The surgeon who preformed it thought I might have to have another surgery on my face for an additional mole (hence another scar). She sent me back to Dr. Sabini who was able to quickly determine that the 2nd mole was not a basal cell (she knew the name for this mole, which I have since forgotten) and spared me needless trauma and money of another surgery. (I am self-employed and do not have insurance). I have many, many other examples of instances where she has saved me from from needless cutting and procedures. She has also kept my 63 year old Mom healthy and looking beautiful for all of these years. Yes, she is definitely very busy and very booked up, obviously for a good reason. Sorry, but the negative reviewers taking personal hits at her must be phony! Once you get to know her, she will be your Dermatologist for life.

I have seen Dr. Sabini and was impressed with her knowledge and skills. However, because the practice has grown, it is nearly impossible to see her. It takes 4-6 months to get an appointment which is ridiculous. As a result, you end seeing a PA. Melinda MacKenzie is very quick to cut suspicious looking areas out of your skin without taking a sample to biopsy leaving you with a cigarette burn looking hideous scar. This has happened to 3 people I know and is alarming. If Sabini is too busy to see her former patients and is going to allow a PA to see them...she needs to oversee the removal of "suspicious" areas that turn out to be nothing. Dermatologists are supposed to protect our skin...not scar it.

If you are a new patient please ask about the $120 change for becoming a new patient. Was never told of this charge which is showing up on my bill. Service was ok.. Showed up on-time for appt and waited about 15 mins past. Dr. spent about 10 mins with kids. Would never return to this Dermatologist.

We have tried a few dermatologists in the area and settled on Dr. Sabini. She is very professional and seems to care about her patients. Like most doctors, she is very busy but she will take the time to answer questions. She also is "conscious" about those of us without insurance and only performs procedures when she feels it is necessary. We've been to other dermatologists who took off any mole/mark (seemed like it was for their bottom line). Dr. Sabini is thorough and remembers us from year-to-year (unfortunately I can't say this about all of our doctors!)

I have been a patient at this clinic several times. I have seen several of the doctors. My sons have also been patients. My oldest has had very bad acne. He saw another doctor in the practice but did not resolve the problem until he saw Dr. Reschly. Dr. Reschly listens and communicates clearly. Sometimes the wait has been lengthy but the doctor has always given us his full attention when he is treating us.

I have been to this office several times. I saw Dr. Sabini once, she called herself lecturing me about sunscreens. I have a tanned skin color my father is white and my mother is black. When I said that my skin is ALWAYS that color because I am bi-racial, she tried to lecture me on that; saying if that was the case, then we are all bi-racial.... Because some of her ancestors (probably over 100years ago) are from Ireland. This wanna-be super Star Dermatologist is sooooo full of herself- Oh My God! Dr. Sabini: get your priorities straight!!! Definition of bi-racial: PARENTS of 2 different cultures and skin color. Not some far away relatives that you never even met!!!! Dr. Sabini thinks shes God or something, but if you go to another Doctor, they have never even heard of her, or have nothing good to say about her. What a selfish woman!! Anjana Patel, the PA is totally sweet and Dr. Reschly is totally down to earth. I wouldnt recommend the rest of the bunch.

I have been using this practice since 1999 so I have seen them grown from the 1 Dr./1 location practice to the multiple offices/Dr.'s & PAs. I have personally seen Sabini, Douchey and Patel. I have been seeing Patel exclusively for 4 years now and simply adore her. There was a time that my insurance was not in network with them and I tried 2 other derms. in Gwinnett. I wasn't impressed at all. I went back to NAD and paid cash to see my trusted healthcare team! This team of people do not give up on your problem. They will try one type of treatment and if it doesn't work, they will try soemthing else. They listen to you and genuinely care about you. I LOVE this office.
