Absolutely negligent. Had a UTI. Was given antibiotics that didn't work. Called the office to let them know my discomfort and the fact that amoxicillin wasn't working, never heard back. I carried my phone to the bathroom with me as I was in there every 5 minutes waiting for their call and being patient. No call back. The next day no call back. Called them back and the nurse said "What do you want me to do? I was busy yesterday and didn't even take a lunch break". She barely coughed up an apology. Then didn't call me back until the AFTERNOON and it was a friday. Knowing I shouldn't wait for their call being a friday afternoon before the weekend, I went in to see another physician who took care of me and gave me the right antibiotics and made herself available to me all weekend. TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE. I don't recommend anyone send anyone they love over here. They will be neglected.

I have been seeing Dr. Bodner for the past 13 years. He is an amazing doctor, caring, knowledgeable, the list can go on and on. He delivered all my children and my deliveries would not be so easy and stress free if it was not for his wonderful care. He is a Doctor who is professional, compassionate and truly cares about his patients. Thank you!!!!!

I have gone for my yearly check up ( I like my doctor) but administration is awful! Even though my insurance covers 100% yearly checkup, I was told to pay a copay. I called my insurance which confirmed I was not supposed to pay anything. When I called (after many trials) I actually got a person on the phone who said that they will send me a check back. A few weeks went by and I did not receive any check. I keep calling, there is only an answering machine that picks up, I keep leaving messages and nobody EVER calls me back. I am going to make a complaint to the State. The customer service is terrible. They do not care about their clients.

After being a patient for 15 years, I had an emergency situation that needs surgery. No doctor would call me back, they wouldn't schedule me an appointment until 1 month out and they had their office manager call me to dismiss me as a patient because I kept trying to speak to someone or get an earlier appointment. They do not value loyalty nor can a doctor return a call to a patient. I have since found a new practice that has taken me in immediately scheduled my surgery and said that I have had this problem for years and Dr. Bodner should have detected it years ago. I would recommend staying clear away from this practice. If you truly have a problem they are not available!

I usually love this practice (been going there for 8yrs) but had the misfortune of getting their newest doctor for an emergency visit, Dr. Esther Madzivira. Absolutely horrible, didn't know what she was doing, didn't listen to any of my symptoms and acted very miffed that she had been called in. I ended up leaving in more pain than I arrived thanks to her clumsy exam. I sat in my car and cried, I was in so much pain. Thankfully my regular doctor saw me two days later with a correct diagnosis.

I left this practice when I moved, I now have returned and make the drive instead. Wonderful doctors that really listen, very responsive, extremely professional. I would recommend them 10 times over.

So dissapointed with my experience as a new patient. I waited over an hour for my appointment for just a simple exam. Never even made it in to see the doctor - after being told to wait "a few minutes more", I left. Won't go back.

I went to their office in Alpharetta two years ago and delivered in Northside Hospital via C-section. Now I'm pregnant again and have been going to the Perimeter office to see the same doctor who delivered my 1st baby. They are great and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
