I was very ill on 1/05/15 so ill i could barely walk to my assigned room. I had a fever, chills, body ache and an uncontrollable cough so deep and constant that made me throw up many times. I had not slept the night before going to the clinic. I saw Dr. Rodon and he listened to my concerns and had so much patience with me. He is an incredible doctor, he treated me with professionalism and respect. He gave me the right medications for the flu and I was back to life in two days gosh he is the best!! This Roswell urgent clinic and this doctor will stay in my heart forever. I will recommend it to anyone. Hats off to Dr. Rodon!!

BEWARE!!! If you are indeed ill and need your records from this provider, be prepared for the fact that they will not send them; even when you've provided them with a medical release form. Your medical records are yours and it is your right to have them. Not releasing these forms constitutes a failure on the part of any medical establishment (NAUC in this instance) and a failure to provide these forms, is a serious medical error which may endanger your life or well-being.... Look up Malpractice and you may find something interesting.

My wife visited their location on Holcomb Bridge Rd in Roswell this past Sunday 11/11 with flu symptoms. The Dr prescribed a Z pack which is an antibiotic, an inhalor for her cough and prednizone. My wife is a diabetic and takes Metformin and this was noted on the initial paperwork that was completed prior to the Dr seeing my wife. My wife became very ill on Tuesday and we come to find out that you are not supposed to mix Prednizone with Metformin. There can be serious side effects and a Dr should be aware. After placing a post on their Facebook page noting my concern, Dr Van Horn called my wife and asked her to stop taking the Prednizone. When I went back to their Facebook page to thank them for calling my wife, I noticed that they had deleted my post which tells me that all they want the public to see are only the good and not anything that they have done wrong. Evidently, they realized that they were in the wrong and they want to keep this from the public. This is a terrible way to do business and it is very important that the public have a watchful eye if they visit this medical practice.

I give 'em a KUDOS. I was familiar with this New local troupe of Dr.s, so when I needed 'em and they were so close I came running. I had just sliced my finger open(razor knife). Came in, got stitched (5stitches),filled out the papers and I was 'back to work'. Timely, Yes !

After spending two days in bed I finally decided to go see the doctor. Problem was it was Saturday night. After looking online I saw that their new office was open till 11PM. I've never had a better doctor experience. I was in and out with a prescription in hand in under 30 minutes. The place was clean, professional, and friendly. Dr. Ferrara was great! If I need urgent care again I'll definitely come back.

(I also left this review on Google.) My son fell on the corner of my mother's coffee table and had a big scary gash on his upper lip as a result. We immediately drove to North Atlanta Urgent Care around 2pm on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. After filling out the forms, it only took about 10 or 15 minutes for us to be seen. The nurse came in first- I don't recall any names (too freaked out by the injury), but she was very sweet and calming. The doctor came in and he had a VERY good bedside manner, especially for dealing with a scared kid. He was thorough and gentle while stitching and never seemed to lose his cool. I'm SO happy with their care. They take BCBS insurance and the reception/billing people were very efficient. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews unless service is REALLY good or REALLY bad, so I'm happy to recommend them.

I had tried to go to Minute Clinic for an infection in my finger and was referred to Urgent Care to resolve. The entire experience went very smoothly. The front office person was friendly and quick to process my paperwork and payment. My nurse was awesome...great attitude, explained what he was doing and what was the next step, etc. My doctor was great...he explained each step that he was going to do and wrote out detailed steps that I was to perform at home. Overall, I had a much better experience than I had anticipated.

I have been to the North Atlanta Urgent Care about 5 times now -- I have used them to treat my children as well. Dr. Rodon is excellent -- he makes good judgement calls; is great with little kids and always has time to answer my questions. I like their hours and every time I have been there I have been seen within 15 to 20 minutes. Will continue to utilize their services!

I injured myself early in the morning and needed stitches. I showed up when the clinic opened, and although there were already several patients there, I was seen within 15 minutes. The doctors were very nice and I was stitched up and out of there in no time. I am on a high deductible insurance plan so I was expecting to get charged a ton, but it was very reasonable. I highly recommend this clinic!

Where do I start?? They charged me 3 times more than other urgent care centers in the area, and I have insurance!! The doctor asked me what did I want from her!!! Are you serious?? I wanted to ask her, "And why am I paying YOU again?" The front desk clerk had a BAD attitude. The doctor left the room so quickly, I couldn't get in a last question, so I asked the front desk clerk and she act as if she didn't want to get up and ask the doctor. She proceeded to sit back down and just wait for the doctor to get back to her desk and then yelled my personal question back to the doctor who then yelled her answer back. The only light to this visit was the nice nurse. I left this place feeling worse than I came and with little to no answers. Definitely won't be back!!

I walked in to NACU for the first time on a Sunday afternoon w/ chest pain. I wasn't expecting much - just a "doc in a box" to renew an antibiotic I was taking for pneumonia. Anyhow, Dr. Van Horn ran tests and became concerned about my heart and referred me to the ER. I went to the ER and was kept overnight for observation. Dr. VanHorn called the next day to make certain I was doing ok. Wow!!! NAUC is the best! P.S. Luckily, the chest pain has turned out to be probably related to asthma...

After dealing with the flu for 2 weeks I was told by my Dr. to go to the emergency room or urgent care. I'm glad I tried out North Atlanta Urgent Care. Their facilities are modern and clean. Their staff is very nice and efficient. The doctor asked me to call him personally if I had any additional complications and I felt that their staff truly cared about my health. I was in and out in less than an hour which is awesome for an urgent care facility.

I went to NAUC and was seen within minutes of entering. The nursing staff were very friendly & professional and the same was true for the physician who saw me. The facilities there are great too. I happened to be there on a Monday morning and there were other patients there, but it did not seem too busy for them to take care of the workload and overall there was a sense of calm and quiet in the office which seems unusual for a doctors office.
