We ended up getting a Kia, and that might be a mistake since we bought based on price and not on the product (and we're having trouble with our new car after just two weeks). We visited North County Ford and they had everything we wanted except a bargain price on an Edge with the equipment we wanted. The sales staff and manager were SUPER NICE, and we liked the Ford better because it was better quality. (SIGH) Sometimes a bargain isn't a bargain. We'll be back to North County Ford soon, I am sure!!

We recently bought our Ford Explorer here and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly and the manager was willing to work numbers with us. They offered us a lot more for our trade in than it was worth! We walked away feeling like we bought a quality vehicle for a competitive price. I will say the service department is less than satisfactory. We brought the Explorer back for it's first free oil change and we were told it would take a few hours. We left and received a phone call at 4:45 that the truck was ready to be picked up. The service dept. closed at 5. They DID NOT tell us that in the voicemail they left. We arrived back at the dealership around 5:10 and were told we would not be able to get our truck until Monday morning (this was Saturday)! This was unacceptable and after a half hour of arguing with the manager we were finally able to sign for the truck! Needless to say we will not have our vehicles serviced by Ford

North County Ford is where I purchased my 3rd new car in the last 5 years. I told them what I needed and they found the car quickly and rushed me through the purchase as I requested. After the purchase service was done as they promised also. I take both of my ford vehicles to them. They are number one in my book.
