Great Referral...Excellent Service & Value!
My fiance' and I recently moved to a house that had been vacant for at least 3 years. North Fulton Pest Solutions came as a referral, and the entire staff was so pleasant to work with. No pushy sales pitches! I know we had active termites and a lot of unwelcome critters.
Sammy came out promptly and was especially courteous; he did a remarkably thorough inspection, and just knew everything about anything that crawled. I brought in one more company for an estimate, since I'm new to needing this type of service.
North Fulton Pest Solutions won us over by delivering better quality in terms of the thoroughness of the inspection (greater attention to detail), providing excellent service (flexible and easy to reach for questions or concerns), and having the lower cost - when comparing apples to apples. The decision was pretty easy.
Eric then came out to treat the house for termites, worked hard the whole time, and was always so polite (he even greeted my dog warmly). Based on my overall experience from top to bottom, I can easily see why we received this referral. I seldom write reviews, but I believe this company is a wonderful find & wanted to put it out there!
