The office itself seemed clean and modern. Problems arose when they began the archaic x-ray system. 18 x-rays! Then Bhat enters and begins the whole spiel about old silver fillings needing to be replaced, all the new "cavities" that were found on the x-rays. She pointed out lines on the tooth and called those cavities. She even admitted that she might get in there to fill one of these "cavities" only to discover that it wasn't one after all rather just how my teeth show up on x-ray. Seriously?? I couldn't wait to get out of that office.

I went there a couple of years ago, and at first everything seemed fine. But then little things kept coming up. First, right after one of the visits i had a dark crack appear on my crown - next to a tooth they were working on (which was fine for 5 years until then). Eventually the crown broke. What happened, Dr. Bhat? Then, they put a filling in a wisdom tooth after i told them i want to hold off on that tooth (i had 3 teeth done at the same time, i did not realize what was going on at the time). I got charged for that though. Then, they ended up charging me extra because they didn't process my insurance correctly. Too many things went wrong, i won't be coming back.
