These folks are old school service oriented. I have used many different body shops over my 30+ years of driving and NP Collision is without a doubt the THE BEST! They are reasonably priced and at the time I had my vehicle repaired (Summer 2011) they had an unbelievable paint person that did a phenomenal job of blending the repair with the existing paint to the point you could not tell them apart. That is artistry! Second vehicle the wife found a piece of tire rubber with her new Sonata and the folks at NP Collision repaired it at a price that was unbelievable and they did it while I waited. Yes while I waited. They stand behind their work and will make any issues right. It is a long drive for me but is absolutely worth it. Thanks Dwayne and Danny for a great customer experience.

My wife was unfortunately involved in an accident with her car recently. Based on previous poor experiences with body shops in the Atlanta area recommended by my auto insurance company; a friend recommended that I check Kudzu where I found North Perimeter Collision. Dwayne, the owner was very friendly, told me a little about his business, and described the process to me. Quite honestly, in all my experiences with body shops (aprox. 5-6 over 20+ yrs), this was the BEST experience I ever had in terms of quality of workmanship, customer service, communication with the customer, honesty and sincerity. My wife loves her 11 yr old Honda and with a $1,000 deductible on the collision-the insurance company wanted to total it. Dwayne not only helped to facilitate the discussions with the appraisers, re-appraisers, and the insurance company, he kept us constantly informed of the progress, timelines, next steps, and worked hard to ensure we could minimize the $1,000 deductible, by suggesting good alternatives such as high quality aftermarket parts and/or scoured parts locally for used replacements. The car just came back, on time as promised and it looks BETTER than before the accident! Although the damage was only on one end of the car, Dwayne had the whole car buffed and polished eliminating 11 yrs of scratches and oxidized paint! If you need a body shop with integrity, honesty, great quality work, customer service, and a lifetime warranty, I recommend you contact North Perimeter.

Had my car repaired at NPC after bad accident on the Connector southbound. I chose NPC because of their excellent reputation. I am now having significant problems because the clear coat is completely failing on their work (the rest of the car is fine). They are refusing to honor their "Lifetime Guarantee" unless I bring the car back to them. Unfortunately, I now live in Denver. They aren't willing to even consider working with a local shop or have me send them pictures. I understand their dilemna, however, not their complete refusal to try to help in any way.

Simply put: They were courteous, professional and relaxed. My car needed two gaskett parts replaced. Not only did they replace it on time, they fixed the rear minor dent, painted over it AND painted over some of the chips of paint on both sides of the car! I was amazed! I walked away with reapirs totaling less than one hundred dollars and a "newer" car! Thanks! Keep up the good work, guys!
