Sprung a leak in our Hot Water Expansion Tank - a small tank which holds about 2 gallons and helps regulate the pressure in the hot water tank. Another company quoted us over $630 to replace it. A... quick online search showed the replacement tank costs $45 at Lowe's, and other plumbers charge on average $200 for the exact same service. We ended up contracting North Point Heating & Air (and now plumbing too). Their price: $198 all-in. They even came out the same day we called!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I recently had a coil start leaking, called North Point because I have used them before. I was impressed with them then and am still impressed! I knew the job wasn't going to be easy because the furnace is in the crawl space. But Jeff and JB took on the challenging as true professionals. I appreciate their time and effort in getting this done and helping me get my A/C back to working condition. Highly recommended!

We bought an 11 year old house 5 years ago. Since that time we have replaced 2 of the Heating/AC units using North Point and are about to do the third unit. Each time they have been patient in understanding our requirements and using their expertise to come up with the right solution. We love the systems they have installed and in the rare times when we've had a problem they were extremely responsive. I am very pleased with the relationship I have with North Point.

My experience with Northpoint H&A has always been great service, honestity and they never oversell. A friend had a $1500 proposal from another H&A conpany and I asked her to have NP H&A check her systems before she agreed to their service. They saved her $1500 dollars! None of the items in the proposal from the other company were needed.

We recently built a new home and had Northpoint Heating & Air bid on the installation of all the heating and air needs. Not only did they provide us with a much larger capacity unit, with more zones, it was less expensive than several other contractors. They went the extra mile to calculate our cooling and heating needs based on the square footage in order to maximize the units efficiency. Very professional and responsive contractor and I'd recommend their work to anyone.

Our AC went out on Saturday morning and when we woke up on Sunday our house was literally in upper 90s as the day got hotter (98 to be exact). Scott at North Point was the ONLY one that called us back (and we called ALL the 5 star Companies at Kudzu) and was here earlier than the time that was quoted, fixed our issue within an hour. If you are searching for an emergency fix using this site, PLEASE go ahead and call North Point HVAC. We will not be using any other service from now on.

These guys are experienced professionals that show up on time and only do the work that is necessary. A competitor wanted to replace an outdoor unit for $1800 because they said it was leaking. Northpoint checked the system and there was no leak, plenty of freon and fixed a wiring issue in 5 minutes. We've been cool all summer.
